Well, my husband and I sat for 15 minutes at the table the hostess took us to. Chips and salsa were immediately brought to the table. But not one server ever approached the table. The restaurant was not very busy at all - especially for a Friday night. When we asked to speak to a manager, the person acted like they couldn’t understand English. We left and will never go back! So much for trying to help out a new restaurant!! Do not recommend this place!

Food is good but service is extremely slow. We decided to give a second chance in case we just experienced an off night but...we just walked out because we were waiting for 20 minutes for a server to come over after we were sat. I'm a former server so I understand but they weren't busy either time.

I went here just yesterday and felt I had to leave a review; something I don’t often do. I was by myself and it was Saturday late afternoon. I was sat immediately and all the staff were very nice, especially my waitress. Another very nice waiter even came over to take my food order when he saw that she was busy. The decorations and ambience were nice. My problem was the food. I ordered queso to start off with which they forgot about for several minutes. It was lukewarm when it finally got to me, but I understand they were busy and getting busier so I didn’t say anything as it still tasted quite good. I ordered the shredded chicken nachos for my entrée. The order was made in a timely fashion, but when it came out, the plate was hot but the food was just above lukewarm and there wasn’t very much chicken on my nachos. The place is good and makes good food, but if I go back, I might ask them to warm my things up a bit more if this happens again. I cannot exaggerate how nice the wait staff was though. They provided excellent service.
