Little Caesars Pizza

I purchased a Crazy Crust pizza with pepperoni and sausage, but the staff forgot to add the toppings and gave me a regular cheese pizza instead. I called the store, and they agreed to provide me with a replacement pizza. However, when I went to the Little Caesars location, they refused to give me the replacement, saying the manager had decided not to allow it.

It wasn’t a huge issue but I am still left with the feeling of disappointment of the store when I asked them politely to correct my order. There shouldn’t be spots of toppings missing from A meat lovers pizza especially if you paid for it but, Management didn’t seem to think so. They grudgingly agreed to correct my order and what I was left with were just pieces of sausage placed on top of the pizza. I thought they would have been professional and remake the pizza but That did not happen. It was done sloppy and it was hastily prepared. I know it was just five to $10 pizza we’re buying here but we’re spending our Hard earned money.

I ordered a pizza and two Pepsis to be delivered. When I got the order delivered they had the pizza and one Zero Sugar Wild Cherry Pepsi, which was not what I ordered at all. I told the driver that the order was wrong and he told me to take it up with the store. I called the store and they completely blew me off and blamed the driver. There was no offer to refund me for the wrong drinks and no offer of a coupon or anything. Terrible customer service. I’m going to stick to Dominos from now on.

I got the pizza all the way home to realize the cheese used on it was spoiled, tasted like sour expired milk. They wouldn't issue a refund unless I drove about an hour, round trip, to get it. Called corporate to try and get to someone who actually manages the place.

I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name with glasses that works there but he was very kind & helpful. I had my three toddlers with me told him I was going to pull up the car so I could get the pizzas, he was kind enough to bring them outside. Sometimes small gestures go a long way, pizza was excellent.

The pizza was being prepared without gloves and the person preparing the pizza continued to rub her nose with the back of her hand... When confronted about it, both employees pretended not to understand me asking about her washing her hands and wearing gloves.

We rarely order from here, but we did today, and when I went to pick up the order the young guy working behind the counter was acting like such a smart ass. If you are an employee and working behind the counter, please learn to give your attention to a customer until that interaction is done. And stop talking smack in Spanish about your customers right in front of them.

They did not honor veterans today because they didn't make the dough for the free lunch combo.

I have been ordering pizzas at this location for many years and I have never had problems with my orders because my information and everything is automatic. Today I placed an order for which they charged me and I never received it. I was calling the delivery man many times and he never answered until he told me. I had left the pizzas at the entrance of the apartments (really?) I went to want to pick them up and obviously there was nothing anymore ? according to the app another address appeared...but if that were the case why did the delivery man never answer? What a disappointment ???‍♀️ Nimodo things that happen...
