They did not honor veterans today because they didn't make the dough for the free lunch combo.

I have been ordering pizzas at this location for many years and I have never had problems with my orders because my information and everything is automatic. Today I placed an order for which they charged me and I never received it. I was calling the delivery man many times and he never answered until he told me. I had left the pizzas at the entrance of the apartments (really?) I went to want to pick them up and obviously there was nothing anymore ? according to the app another address appeared...but if that were the case why did the delivery man never answer? What a disappointment ???‍♀️ Nimodo things that happen...

My son loves this pizza, it is affordable and good for the price. We usually order online and pick it up at the store. Good service at this particular location.

I like that they have simple pizza hot and ready to pick up without calling ahead when you walk in.

I ordered my food and went to pay with a card, but when the screen popped up to sign she cancelled it and said she made a mistake. She then said to rerun the card and that she would void the last transaction. Guess what she didn't do? I got charged twice for it, and of course the store can't do anything nor can corporate. I'm just glad it wasn't insanely expensive. I would avoid this place.

I used to love their deep dish. Their deep dish and regular cheese was really terrible. Ridiculously bad really. I didn’t even expect great. Just decent.

Don’t mess up on your order or make any mistakes, they “don’t have the system that can process a refund or void a transaction.” Manager doesn’t speak english, General Manager Al gave me a useless number that goes to a deadend voicemail. I’ll be doing a chargeback on my card, they do bad business at this location. ZERO stars!

How is this place still open?

Usually, when the man is there, everyone is so friendly I walked and stood there for four minutes, kept saying hello to the lady. She looks at me. Don’t speak any English so she say all of them that work there are Spanish and their customer service are the worst. The gentleman that was in front of me they kept speaking to each other, but the gentleman didn’t get any attention. He’s just trying to order food as well if you’re gonna put them in our stores for customer service please at least make sure they speak English and have some type of etiquette. We have already been through this already with our younger generation.

Absolutely delicious true authentic Cuban food!
