My first time at this Longhorn. I am extremely satisfied with the exceptional service we received from Tylah and the food was delicious. Tylah was patient and friendly. My son is a steak lover and said it was the best steak. Thank you Tylah for being a great waitress for Longhorn. I recommend this location. It’s the best.

Our experience was terrible! Our office orders from this location multiple times a week. Today, we ordered 9 meals and only 2 were correct. Salads were left off the orders, one was completely wrong - ordered a grilled chicken tender salad and got fried chicken tenders, baked potato and broccoli. When I called to get it corrected, we were told that we would have to drive back to the restaurant to pick up the items. No comping of meals was offered and the manager "had to call me back". We're done with this Longhorn.

Arrived late from out of state and was pleased to find a steakhouse opened later than everyone else. I decided to sit at the bar and was pleased with the bartender’s polite and well mannered demeanor. The steak was on point, perfectly cooked, nice red center and juicy tenderluscious!!! Haven’t had a steak this well made in a long while.

Waited for over 30 minutes for a salad and potato. No meal just a size salad and potato. Ridiculous. Walked in and had to wait 10 minutes just to even be greeted
I had quite a delicious meal with my mother here.The food was tasty and the ambiance was exceptional.I will definitely be coming back for another meal to enjoy.Michael was our server and he did good job!

So... earlier this week I tried to order lunch. I called 4 times. Only once did a person answer; the other 3 times a person picked up and put me on hold with out even saying "hello".So I waited until today when I used the app to order dinner. I ordered the LH burger with corn and a Ceasar salad. I ordered the burger without onions. The burger came with nothing on it; no cheese, no lettuce, no tomato (the receipt said "no onion"). The Caesar salad was just lettuce; nothing else, just lettuce. Why???

This is a clean and very accommodating location with some old rustic setup inside. Just the food was not healthy. It's unfortunate to see people eat this stuff. Just so greasy and unnatural.Probably theirs steaks are better meat but the chicken was disgusting.

It might be unfair to judge too harshly on a holiday but the waiter was so rushed I felt like I was at a fast food restaurant. We got the check without even being offered a dessert. Pretty clear sign they just want you to get out of there.
Door greeter wasn't friendly. Waitress was great food was amazing.
