This Marcos used to be good, but quality has gone so downhill. Pizza tastes terrible now. Won’t be ordering from here again!

I had a really disappointing experience at this pizza shop. When I went to pick up my order, the staff was extremely rude and dismissive when I asked about toppings and sauces. On top of that, the pizza tasted stale and far from fresh. When I called to address the issue, I was met with more rudeness and no effort to make things right. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer service and food quality, so no one else has to go through this.

Too well done. Regular crust and it was hard all the way through, cheese not gooey. Hardly any pepperoni on Pepperoni Magnifico. As soon as order was finished, I pulled it up in email where I could check progress and it said it was finished. I wonder if they gave me one that had been already made and sitting around. Very disappointed. Didn't think to take a pic before we took pieces. Was hoping to have leftovers but not worth saving.

Don’t order from this place. I have no idea who owns it but they should be ashamed. Multiple times they can’t even put the seasoning on the crust (if there even is a crust on the pizza you get).

They will just respond “We’re truly sorry blah blah” copy/paste. Worthless.

Heed my warnings! Don’t make the mistake.

Horrible service. I couldn't not even wash my hands after working and couldn't even wash my hands. They told me the restroom was not working. That is BS. If you have a restaurant you have to have a working bathroom inside of it

I tried to order using a buy one get one deal and every time I submit my order, it would be cancelled after 15 minutes.

The Pepperoni Magnifico on thin crust is pretty much the best pizza I have ever had. I personally haven't had any issues with the service or the quality of the delivery. But I do order everything online, so I haven't spoken to the staff in a while.

Go to any other Marcos! Payed online for an order and went to pick up all my food I was told I hadn’t payed while showing my order. Had to argue for a while and had terrible experience, horrible customer service and understanding.

Save yourself the headache and visit another Marco’s location. The customer service is poor and there is always an issue with my order. Received delivery today and all of the toppings had slid off the pizza. Instead of delivering a new pizza, I was advised that if I wanted a new one, I would need to pick it up. I give up on this location.

I ordered large half pepperoni half Hawaiian , and ended up with 2/3 pepperoni 1/3 Hawaiian. Shady with the topping is all I can figure. Will not be going back until they can get their math together.

Awful. I called this Marcos location to place an order for delivery. The associate asked my address. My address is 2.0 miles 8-10 minutes away BTW. The associate said “your address is outside our delivery zone” I thought he was kidding. April fools? He then explained his system wouldn’t accept my address lol. I said how about common sense and not relying on a computer system. I asked if 2 miles or 10 minutes was really too far. He just kept saying my system won’t accept my address. Ignorance at its finest. Poor customer service. Never again!
