I like marco pizza but this is the second time the customer service and waiting time has been 2 long. I order a pizza on line pay for it and then i get a call that says i can cancel and get a refund or wait 2 hours for the pie. CRAZY makes you want to boycott marcos this location - especially this location they are RUDE -1590 Holcomb Bridge Rd Roswell, Ga. 678-381-2888
Had a terrible experience trying to order from Marcos pizza tonight. We love their pizza and were excited to purchase a coupon card from Blessed Trinity High School featuring several of their coupons. Turns out they don’t have a way to enter the coupons into their system, so they are worthless. And their employee hung up on me instead of figuring it out. Rude! Coupon expires 7/31/20
