I walked in all harried and tired. Jalen made me feel immediately welcome, was very kind and let me know of their buy one get one free for Pizzas. I spent 21 bucks for two large pizzas. Meatlovers and Supreme. I also got free Parmesan, red pepper packets and plates, napkins. The buy one get, get one free is only on tuesdays and thursdays. Worth a visit!! Their subs looked really amazing too.

This location is my favorite pizza place in town. The pizza quality is fantastic, the in-store pickup is lightning fast, and the owner is amazing. I love Marcos, but I love this location the most. This place deserves your business.

TERRIBLE SERVICE FOR DELIVERY!!! Ordered at 5:50 pm. Was told 30 to 35 minutes. Called restaurant 4 times (because of 3 hungry children wanting dinner!!) asking for delivery updates and was told they were contacting driver and would call me back, but NEVER DID!! Pizzas finally arrived at 7:39!!! DON'T ORDER FROM MARCO'S IN ROSWELL!!!

Awful. I went on Marco’s website to look at the menu before I called to place my delivery order. On the homepage in large print advertised a mega meal for $19.99 (see pic) for large pizza, cheezybread and cinnasquares. When I called, the associate told me this offer was no longer available??? I said go to your website and look on the front page. She was nice and said I will have my manager override the pricing for you. Great, thanks. In addition to the deal I tried to order a salad as well. The associate then put me on hold to “go get her manager” to approve the discount. I’m still waiting for her to come back JK. After holding for 15 minutes, which I thought was more than reasonable, how long can it take right, I finally hung up and called Dominoes. False advertising! Poor Customer Service! Buyer beware.

I visit this Marco's even though it's further than another one, but it's because it's great! The service is friendly. Everyone is passionate about good food. Quality and temperature is always high, and I just highly recommend this location!
The level of service that was received by the staff at this location was excellent. The managing owner not only prioritizes his staff’s safety, but does so while providing excellent food/pizza and customer service to go with it—highly recommend!

A pretty descent Marco’s safe I say the best in the area. I’ve gotten delivery from a couple other locations as this one doesn’t deliver to me and you’d think it’d taste the same but nooo. If you reside in the Roswell area, just drive to Etris Rd for descent pizza for a last minute dinner.

Such amazing customer service. I usually order take out but tonight my kiddos weren't feeling well so I ordered delivery. I noticed part of my order was wrong after they left so I called to let them know. They agreed to credit my account, but then not long after the owner showed up with another pizza exactly as I'd ordered. So they issued a credit and brought us more pizza. Such a lovely family that owns and operates this location.
