We ended up waiting over an hour for our food One entree was hot and the other cold There was a party of 50 that came in right after us and our waitress told us she would get our order in before them. This did not happen nor were we told she wasn’t able to do that. When I told her we have been waiting I was told if I could cook the food I would. Fair point but communication of the delay was not provided by the waitress. Her reaction to the food being cold was basically a shrug. Blaming the kitchen for it 100% was not correct. Very disappointing first visit.

The staff is always friendly and the food is always tasty. This is my go to place when I want to have a lovely lunch or dinner with my family or girlfriend.

Even though the Filet Mignon was worth every dollar, I was super surprised at the TABLESPOON portion of side vegetables that came with the steak. Also, the side order of broccoli arrived cold. Had to send it back to warm up. It was in the middle of the afternoon, fathers day. It wasn't that busy. There was plenty of time for the details. Also, our server, the customer experience representative, had their mind someplace else other than work.

Went for lunch today with my daughter. Had to ask for refills on drinks multiple times times. My meal came out and hers never did. We had to ask what was taking so long. Her meal came out after I finished my meal. Had to ask for a check. Jimmy was not on task. Walking around a lot but not checking on tables. They offered no discount. We won’t be back.

Great food but I'd rather the filet mignon be one large piece instead of 2 smaller pieces. With 2 pieces you don't get as much of the juicy insides.

Truffle fries were thick cut and mushy and didn’t have taste like truffle. Brisket sandwich was small and minimal meat. The cornflake French toast was absolutely covered in pecan and than wasn’t mentions on the description at all. Server disappeared for at least 15 min while we were trying to order

Marlow's hosted a bourbon pairing dinner tonight that was excellent. Great job to everyone for a world class event.
