We will not be returning to this location. We ordered our hamburger medium, but it came out raw. The inside of the burger was cold to the touch. He brought out a replacement but left the bad burger on the table so we had cold fries. Our server was horrible. He didn't give us napkins or silverware, we asked another server for napkins, and he brought us a small pile of drink napkins. Our server barely came by our table, other servers brought our food, and we never got water refills.

We have been going to Marlow’s for years. First and last time at this location! Our waiter (Brian) completely forgot our appetizer. Took forever to get our food, additional ten minutes for condiments. Requested drink refill, after another ten minutes then had to get up and find hostess to get help. Took forever to get check. Gave credit card then had to get hostess to hunt down manager. An hour and a half to have a “quick” burger dinner. Pathetic!

For being a chain restaurant, which generally is not my first choice, I think the menu options, food, drinks, and price are consistently good. When a couple can't decide where to go, go here. Neither will be disappointed.

Since moving to the area, I have become a regular of this location. Marlow's in Roswell never ceases to amaze me with the level of customer service they provide. In recent months, Manager Alicia has been hosting special-themed dinners with drink pairings. This experience has been phenomenal, and I can not recommend it enough. Alicia's outstanding professionalism and excellent customer service make our time at Marlow's more enjoyable. It is evident that she genuinely cares about her guests' satisfaction and is committed to ensuring a pleasant dining experience for everyone. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I enjoy this place every time I visit the service is great and the food is consistent and well prepared.Had the fried grouper sandwitch a favorite with my fried whole okra, it super food and great.The onion rings here another item to try and done well.
Everything was great except the shrimp in the Shrimp Campanella were very salty.

I have been going to Marlowe for years. This location is new for me and subpar. On a recent visit the server or kitchen - or both - seemed to forget we exhausted. When the food came out the meat was nearly raw (request medium) and tuna was cold. Than the salad was taken away and a plate with medium meat arrived - you got it no salad. Last time was a charm - it was all combined. As for the tuna - I did not even bring up.

Food tasted good, but wow, such small portions. Don't waste your time with the happy hour drinks or food. Not sure there was any alcohol in either of our drinks. And the appetizer literally had 4 tortilla chips on the plate. Won't be going back with all the options available.

we had a bad experience today. The menu is trick-inking customers . I tried to order some kind of Wagyu beef but end up with burger. I do not eat burgers. My husband ordered some kind of fancy shrimp plate and end up with shrimp pasta ( that's what it said on receipt) . I just truly believe the waitress should give us a better explanation of the food. There is always something to learn we always loved Marlow's restaurant' but today's experience had my opinion ./
