Cockroach in my food. Was brought my plate and took a bite of my soup and then was going to take some of the bread off my club sandwich and a cockroach came out and was running around my plate. My husband and I brought both of our plates up to the counter and the manager asked if we only wanted a refund for my food. Neither of us were planning to eat there after that so I told him no, we brought back all of our food. He refunded us.

I placed an online order for pickup. I received a call a few minutes later that the store was closing hours earlier than expected- I was told I could pick up my order next day. When I called to say I was on my way to pick up my meal, I was told a refund was given. A) that’s not what I was told nor what I wanted & B) no refund in my account. Miscommunication or lack of organization between staff screwed me out of dinner 2 nights in a row.

Food is excellent. Good volume at reasonable price. Only issue we experienced was we needed to wait a bit long for the food. We will revisit for sure.

My complaint is Michelle the cashier with the short red hair & glasses takes my order she ALWAYS messes the ENTIRE order up! This is her 3rd time & im over her taking my order EVER again. She’s nice but obviously does not listen. GEEZE!!

McAllister's Deli has now moved to a larger location. The parking is adequate and there is more seating. The sandwiches were warm. The iced tea had a good flavor. The staff was friendly, although some needed more training on the register.

Order to go included a cup of Broccoli Cheese soup. When opening the container it was like flavored water!

Very clean, well run place, good food selections, very nice staff. I ordered through the app. The amount of food was less than I anticipated based on the photos.
