I stopped by and just wanted to grab a small fry. However, that didn't work out like I planned. I ended up getting an entire meal. Which was the Quarter Pounder and Cheese No Pickles. I can imagine the times I've gone to McDonald's numerous times before getting the meal I love and enjoy. But. I can tell you that I also enjoyed other meals here but, today. I wanted a particular one that I enjoy. The place was clean and I appreciate the courteous of the crew. With all the New Restaurants coming out. We all know that McDonald's is always a favorite place to grab a meal 😋.

I opened the mobile app on Thanksgiving to see if they were accepting orders. They were, so I placed one. Upon arriving at the store there was not a single person inside. Incredibly unprofessional.

I usually like this McDonalds but today is Thanksgiving so on my errands I stopped there for a quick breakfast. So many people in the drive through waiting. Cars would eventually move forward and then next people would wait. Many, many cars - only to find out everyone wasting their time because the restaurant was closed. No signs. No notice of this. Very bad and confusing experience. Thoughtless! No empathy to imagine customers pulling up and wasting time.

This is a nice McDonald's I received my food made fast ,freshly cooked inside was very clean And didn't have to many people inside of it which is rare for a McDonald's in the morning
3rd time in a row having an issue with my food. Girl at the window while processing my card tells me my order which is NOT mine. Without giving me my receipt or price she tells me the order is fixed and to pull up. Wrong food at next window and I walked inside for a refund. No food and no receipt I’m demanding a refund. I didn’t see how much was charged until she gave me my refund receipt. Took FIVE requests for my refund. Obviously I’m never returning. Went next door to Chic-Fil-a with the correct food in 5 minutes!

My non verbal set of twins wanted to enjoy themselves, Obviously because their playground is so cool looking-- like a mini safari! (We were only there to wait for about an hour until charity opens so we could give away food and clothing)... But It is obvious that the manager of this location is a very rude human being who cannot even be bothered to speak to you as a human being and always has the playground closed down For his own means!!! I am guessing for orientations which is something they need to start Letting people know ahead of time because people come there to let their children enjoy Themselves. I did not even have an employee come up and tell us, A customer, (an elderly man) came and Let me know. I feel there is no excuse for how they manage at this mcdonald's!!! It is a very upsetting experience because my toddler twins were screaming, They need to not let parents down at this location! SO DO BETTER, Or Continue to lose customers And receive horrible reviews for your horrible service at this location! Parents do not go here! Do not bring your children here!!! Absolutely disgusting behavior... Does not mean the workers are horrible , just the manager (Wearing a white shirt) Thank goodness I did not buy food yet and waste my money here before I realized, Ughhhh, Not kid friendly location AT ALL legally & literally deserves ? 0 stars ? PERIOD!!!
