Service is good except when the morning manger is there she charges for ranch when it’s free on the app she charges more for items on the app she never fixing anything if they make a mistake what happens to the customer always being right ?

Every time i come here it takes forever, if you order breakfast on the app anywhere near 10:30am, they cancel the order every time because they’re lazy and too incompetent to make breakfast right before the menu switches

I have been here a few times, there’s not been a single time without delay or missing items or forgetting something or rude service. Most of the times it’s a combination of more than one of the above. There sure are nearby McDonald’s and other chains. As I write this review, trying to remind myself to avoid this place at all cost going forward. Perfect example of a poor franchise. Sad.
