We sometimes order here but now finally the time we give a 1 star rating. Whatever we order they don't get it right. Sauce is always missing so we got used to it, sometimes they forget an item but they alsways mess up customized order... when you order burger for the kids without onions why is it difficult to prepare it this way... kid found onions and didn' it

Apple pie was two hours old and when I ask for 3 creamers and 10 packs of sugar on side the guy in that was taking or ask me same and I said yes and he still put one and one on side and when I went to get my other the other guy invite and gaved me nothing but attitude and made three trip to get me what was on the receipt, the most and unclean and unhealthy McDonald ever , shut it down and I will report this to the better business as well

I love McDonald’s breakfast, but I will never go back to this location. The guy at the drive thru lied straight to my face about the menu, he was rude, and he got my order completely wrong. Between the attitude and the completely wrong order, I won’t be returning to this location. As someone who worked in fast food before and got paid less than these folks, I know it is not difficult to put on a smile, be nice, and listen to ring up a correct order. Some more customer service training may be needed at this location.

I've been visiting this particular location for well over 10 years and today's meal was unacceptable. Whoever is in the kitchen needs to be more attentive. I ordered a fish filet meal and a Big Mac meal. The filet tasted like it was reheated and then they put soggy tomatoes on it causing the fish to be soggy...TRASH. Then we get to the Big Mac which was supposed to be no onions and no pickles...the pictures will explain the rest...TRASH. I'm highly disappointed when it comes to wasting my hard earned money.

The staff are really nice here. Considering McDonald's food tastes nearly the same no matter where you get it from, this really makes the difference. Keep up the great work.

We arrived 30 minutes before closing at the drive-through.
They asked if we were going to use the app, and then told us they were no longer taking orders.
Is this some kind of selective service or what?

Is it like this at all McDonald’s locations?
If you’re not serving orders, then what exactly are you doing during those last 30 minutes?

Absolutely ridiculous.

I recommend the manager to check who was working that day, because it seems like they’re getting paid just to waste time.
