AVOID DRIVE-THRU at this place if not at all. AWFUL SERVICE

The location for this McDonald's is pretty convenient and I haven't had any issues with food quality. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for the Drive Through where the last 5 visits they have left waiting ~5 mins to take my order after the previous car has left, and do not take the order correctly and receive me with an attitude when I ask for the missing items. I understand this is a fast food, but I am still paying for this and i expect them making things right when I ask for it with a less confrontational attitude. After all, it is a public oriented service to happen this often.

I get that the demand for managers at this McDonald’s that meet the right criteria, are professional and have the proper communication skills and decent customer service is pretty high and hard to come by nowadays but one of the few managers I come across almost every other day I eat here (which isn’t every single day but maybe 5 times a week) always gives me a hard time about me being there like I’m unwelcomed and that I need to hurry up and order or get out and always chooses to do it when there are no customers in the store. I could maybe understand if everytime I came in here to charge and do some work on my phone and I never ordered anything but I’ve ordered something, whether its just a McCafé or milkshake or $10+ worth of food. It really shouldn’t even matter how much food I order or how long it takes me, the fact that I’m a frequent paying customer at this establishment there’s no reason at all that I deserve to be harassed by this guy who out of no where formed an unnecessary disliking for me when I never even spoke a word to this kid before he started giving me a hard time which is every time I am there when he’s working now. The only thing I can think of is that the first time I came to eat inside of this place and hangout for a little to charge my phone it was late at night maybe 10 pm and one of his workers was being extremely rambunctious and cursing him out very loud asking him to come outside I’m guessing to fight. After about 10 minutes of this kid yelling and making a scene in this little corner store McDonald’s, this manager (pink hair guy) (I would refer to him as his name but he refused to tell me what it was when I asked for it earlier today when I was there, even though he is supposed to be the ‘store manager’) finally took the initiative and pushed him outside of the store. Well I guess this employee (maybe 15 or 16 years old) didn’t appreciate that so he had his dad and his dads goons pretty much ambush pink hair guy and forced him to apologize to his son and give them all free burgers and fries basically intimidating him into it as he and his boys practically were running in and out the store doing whatever they wanted going where ever they wanted loud and aggressively. Yet instead of kicking these boys out of the store and calling the police like a manager in control of the situation would have done cause I mean this is actually a nice area in north Fulton county, not the hood, so it’s not like the situation couldn’t have been de-escalated easily with law enforcement but instead pink hair guy decides to give into their demands as they humiliate him and completely undermine him basically taking over this McDonald’s for the next 30-45 minutes until they decide they’re satisfied with what they got and finally left. So I assume that he probably doesn’t like me because I was one of the people there to witness this but instead of being a man and just learning from it or moving on he decides to take it out on me, an actual paying regular customer at this establishment, who minds his business and just comes here to spend a couple hours charging his phone and eat a sandwich or two, and takes every opportunity to bother me and try to kick me out of this place every single time I go there now. Today was actually the first time I didn’t order anything inside of this store while he was working and that’s only because I didn’t appreciate him coming up to me the 3rd consecutive time I’ve been there harassing me about ordering something or else I need to leave. His exact words were “you have 5 minutes to order something or you need to leave now” and then walked over to his employee and said “if he’s still in that corner in 5 minutes tell me”. So ya even though I eventually planned on ordering I definitely wasn’t going to after that and don’t plan on going back anytime soon as long as he’s working there.
