I asked the drink to be topped off… reply i got was it is done automatically by the machine. If you are too lazy to top off the drink to proper level, fix your machine.

The new manager is super nice, but the product ( s) - food has gone WAY DOWN..
Regular customer fir happy meals and various other items.. But I’m done. Not worth the money at all
This is one of the better McDonald's I've been to. The inside was cleanly & it was easy to get help if needed. The workers were helpful in getting us what we needed in a timely fashion. They even brought out food to our table. Very impressed.

They took my order in person inside! Usually at other locations they ignore you and you have to order on a kiosk yourself. So good job at this location.

I have been going in morning for years to this mcd.. since before it was at this location.. recently its terrible. The other day i did a app order.. they charged me for it.. then gave it to someone else... Then argued with me about it .. they kept my money.. the mcd app cust support is crap. The manager was a joke. Its all bad. Im not ever going back to this place.. id like to give less then zero stars

This McDonald's had the friendliest most attentive staff ever! They were quick and efficient as well! So refreshing!
Worker got my order wrong. Worker named Santonio is just plain rude. Most of them barely speak a lick of English.

Got a double cheese burger meal.. and there’s no meat on either bun. This location has been going down hill at a rapid rate. Used to be reliably great with a 100 health inspection. Now it’s easily the most disappointing. Not to mention an up charge for sweet tea. I’m sure the sugar and tea bags with water are definitely what’s breaking the bank. Will not be back.

Maybe put a sign on the kiosk and does not accept credit cards and just let a person get all the way through the order and then not doing it
Say what you want about other stores. This one is making customer facing choices. My experience was great! All employees acting like Truitt came with a master class on hospitality. It was refreshing.
Drive through. Pulled up to wait for food. Half the order was cold, one item physically burned someone in our car. Asked for extra sauce on sandwich and it came with none. Wrong drink. 8:46am on Wednesday 7/2/25. No line.
