The mushroom pizza was good. The veggie pizza without cheese was bland and could have been much better, yes, even without cheese. The romaine lettuce salad with grilled chicken was not good. Nothing vegan for those who may want it.The place was empty exept for two other tables, on a Friday night.Vegetarian options: Could not find any good vegan options. Told them to hold the cheese on a veggie pizza. Was not good at all. Bland with no garlic, no herbs.

I’m not sure if the gentleman that waited on us or if he was the manager. Regardless he was outstanding. With the cost of food and eating out, it is awesome to have an employee take care of the customer and enjoy it at the same time.

I was in the Ladies bathroom a lot... it was disgusting... even after both a female employee using it (I said to her it needed attention {interesting she knew not to go in particular stall}). 1/2hr later still in same shape and again after a manager told not much better. One just downright needed out of order sign ☢️ and another, well let's just say seeing some types of dead bugs upsets the tummy. I work dinning room at a local Chick-fil-A, and restrooms Men's & Women's are part of my area. I know things happen but this was a pattern on this night and we were having a celebration ?, or trying to.We really just aren't complainers:*pizza marked down for being more than crispy try burnt bottoms*Servicer Was Attentive, Large Group*hard to have good atmosphere when stomach churns after bathroom visit

I ordered a PEPPERONI pizza, and added mushrooms and onions, each at an additional cost, the MAIN INGREDIENT was PEPPERONI!!!! I picked my my pizza , it was handed to me and sealed, as you cannot just grab it yourself, which I appreciate. When I got home , opened the box , there was only mushrooms, onion and cheese, NOT ONE SINGLE PEPPERONI! I called the restaurant and she had the audacity to offer $5 off. Mind you.. I paid $27.46 for a PEPPERONI WITH additional that I paid extra for and you couldn’t just correct my order?!!!! That is not good customer service, I will no longer support.

Really disappointed with our experience with Mellow Mushroom this past weekend. I grew up near the very first Mellow Mushroom in Sandy Springs and have been a fan of their whole concept for years. However, the pizza we received via take out at the Roswell location simply sucked.We ordered a “medium” with pepperoni and mushrooms. What we got was an oddly football shaped small monstrosity with maybe six pepperonis and a few mushrooms. It was not sliced properly and was cold by the time we got it home.I really miss being in Buckhead near Fellini’s. Hopefully this was a “one off” and we will try them at least once more before switching to the Roswell Domino’s or some such who are at least consistent in their sucky-ness.

My daughter is a picky eater, but she loves their pizza & Broccoli. ? ? ??We also love coming here during the spring and summer because the kids can run around the fence area outside ! ?❤️??Our server Sophia was very nice and our food came out in FIVE minutes!!! ????
