Highly recommend you go elsewhere for your frozen yogurt cravings!! The yogurt is supposed to be actually frozen and creamy, not like an icey liquid. Their one bathroom, which is unisex, is disgusting & looked like it barely gets cleaned on what should be a daily basis. The Menchie's in Alpharetta off Windward Pkwy, is by far the BEST location & very clean‼️💯

I would give 6+ stars if I could. This place is great for kids. Our family felt so welcomed from the moment we entered the store, at the moment of purchase and to the moment we left. No wonder why all the tables were filled with families and Happy kids. Staff takes the "we make you smile" motto to their core. :)
Kid-friendliness: Great place to bring kids if they behave after a doctor visit. They have options with no sugar added.

Such a lovely experience at this yogurt place. We popped in after a doctors visit in the area and the older gentleman working was so kind and sweet. We will absolutely be back just to see his smiling face. The world needs more positive and uplifting people like him!

You could tell he truly cares about his customers, and he mentioned with sincerity how much he appreciates the business. It was such a simple conversation, but his kindness really made my day. I plan to come back to continue to support his business and hopefully run into him again.There are also vegan frozen yogurt options that were delicious! :)
