My favorite mexican place so far
If I have to eat burritos everyday for the rest of my life from Moe’s I would not mind it at all!
Very generous place , they don’t charge on every little thing that I add to my tortilla and those chips and salsas are cherry on top
Everything about this place is perfect

This Moe's in Roswell is the cleanest and quickest I have visited. The manager, when I went, named Courtney, was very nice and seemed to have the restaurant running like a machine! Lunch time was pretty busy, but everyone was being taken care of quickly. I ordered a rice bowl with a bunch of goodies and cheese. Always good and fresh food every visit. I recommend stopping by to eat if you enjoy the food at Moe's!
Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is wheelchair accessible

Over the years Moe's has made a variety of decisions that have negatively impacted the quality of the food and customer experience.
Foremost, no meat is grilled, it’s all done in a combi oven now, which in my option has negatively impacted flavor.
Topping changes to reduce the amount of ingredients / cleanup / and likely increase store efficiency (i.e. less inventory, prep, etc) once agains indicates that Moes priorities profits over the customer experiences. Remember a couple of years ago when they changed their salsa?? Now it’s straight from a plastic bag!
You can see these changes first hand by ordering a Moes stack. Within the last 6-8 months Moes no longer puts cheese on both sides of the stack (stack buyers will understand). Instead it’s only placed on the top. Like really??? Additionally, because Queso comes on the stack, it appears that the great Queso ration has begun for stack buyers! You’re not getting a full scoop of queso anymore! Gone are the good days! Serious question: Are we really squeezing the menu items that much for input reduction/cost savings?
What has really sent me to write this has been the almost disrespectful portion sizes comparative to its former self. The protein scoops are frequently not full, rice and beans even feel empty, and good luck with the premium toppings. It almost feels like you’re being shaken down, and by the end of ordering, it’s evident that the times have changed.
They set the expectations and made us fall in love all those years ago, increased the prices, and now reduced the portions and ingredient quality/quantity. There is no hiding against their former self. As a long time Moes lover and ball knower, it’s evident that I can no longer frequent Moes. Cava, Willys, and Chipotle still do it right(ish).
It’s a shame that one of our nations premier burrito maker has fallen!

Portions got really small here and they used to be so much better.. Barely got any chicken the past 2 visits and the prices have gotten higher. My wife’s bowl was half full. Really disappointing.

Easily the best Moe’s I’ve ever been to
While similar to Chipoltle's I find that Moe's is more generous with the servings, especially the meats.

The prices had gone up and the portions got smaller, but I dealt with that because I liked the freestyle machine. Now they just got rid of the freestyle machine and that's my last straw. I'm done with this location and I might be done with Moe's for good.

17.50 for a burrito you all have lost your minds! No wonder this place is always empty. Has to be the top worst franchise to ever buy. I’d rather starve than pay you all 18 dollars for a burrito.
