Chipotle 2.0. They rationalize every little thing. Gave me small portions of everything. They don’t even ask what kind of rice/beans you want. Won’t be going back.

I found a long hair in my food and came to return it. They had no issue giving me a refund, however there was no apology. When an apology was asked for the manager says “Ohh that happens sometimes. We can’t always examine the food. That happens everywhere”. How dirty. Apparently hair in the food is normal here. Be careful

I came in to pick up lunch at 4:00pm yesterday. I was given a warm welcome/greeting along with excellent service and supremely fresh ingredients. I am very pleased with my experience at this location and will make sure to return. Thank you Moes Mansell Road team for a wonderful fresh meal and superb service!
Bought two chicken tacos last night. Took them home...didn't taste right so threw in trash. Within 2 hours I was very nauseous. Spent the next 12 hours in the bathroom with severe diarrhea and vomiting. Haven't been this ill in decades. NEVER returning to Moe's.

We visited about 2pm. This store is set up a bit different than normal. Food was a bit under cooked for my taste. My quesadilla was warmed but not toasted or anyway crunchy. Same with the stacker we ordered. It was not very busy when there so not sure why it was rushed. Friendly staff. Food and prep areas were clean but lobby/tables were a bit messy. We did not visit the restroom but can assume it was clean.

I had to come write this review. I was so hesitant on coming to this place. It’s always been “Chipotle is better than Moes”. My friend used to be an old employer of Moes and swore it was better service, better food, better quality .. the whole NINE!. I decided to go to this location and I was very displeased when the employees refused to separate my nacho toppings. I did not want my chips to be soggy. I was so excited to write this review whether it was good or bad because it’s been a big debate amongst my friend group. I ended up leaving & going to Longhorns. It was about $3 more than what I would’ve paid at Moes but I didn’t mind paying that for good service and better food. I honestly just wanted to say Chipotle is better just off the service.
