Have been a few times and the sushi is good, but the service is scattered. After yesterday not sure when I will be back. Was looking forward to it for lunch, got heirloom at 1:55 with my wife, and was told they are not seating anyone cause the owner stepped out. Wait, the sign out front says lunch served til 2:30. Sorry they say. Are you kidding me? A new restaurant that doesn't have many customers as it is when I go on there is turning away customers? There is a waitress, a cook behind the sushi bar, but not serving/seating? Roswell is fickle, don't be another restaurant that goes out of biz because you are not willing to out in the effort. Went down the street to the Sushi Hut in Roswell for first time-it was great and welcoming. Will be back there.

Delicious! I had to stop the sever from taking the 'empty' sushi platter away because I wasn't finished picking up the crumbs.

We were first served a smooth and luxurious green tea that was warm and didn’t taste unpleasantly like tannin. The sushi was such high quality and so was the dessert. It was a perfect meal from start to finish!

The food is fantastic! It is absolutely wonderful and delicious in every way. It's actually probably some of the best sushi I've had in a really long time. They have some rolls with all fresh ingredients that are very well constructed, but i also noticed that they're quite generous because in every piece there was a generous amount of ingredients in there. While it's not an overly large role, you can notice the little things such as the roles that had fish on top flowed around and down the sides rather than just a small piece on top. The staff is very friendly and accommodating . The only maybe slight detractor is the price. They probably do price where most restaurants should and the price is good for the quality that you get, but it is a bit more expensive than any of the other sushi restaurants in the near vicinity. That'll probably keep me from returning often, but overall the food is so good, I will certainly be returning.

This is a restaurant that provides heart-warming service which is rare these days. The freshness of the food was the best and the chef's attitude toward guests was impressive. I definately will come back again!!

FOOD: We ordered the miso soup and house salad to start. The miso soup was amazing. The house salad was just okay. The ginger dressing was too thick for us. Then we ordered various sushi and the teriyaki chicken. The sushi was fantastic. They did an amazing job on this. However, the chicken teriyaki wasn’t the best. The consistency and flavor wasn’t reminiscent of hibachi. A bit on the rubbery side. Overall, you can’t go wrong with sushi here. Other things on the menu might be a gamble. Not sure. It all depends on what you like!SERVICE: The servers were attentive and nice. Par for the course. They did forget a few items we needed, but we did eventually recover them.ATMOSPHERE: Very open concept. Not really an intimate setting if you’re looking for privacy or a date. The decor was okay. Small space, but they try to make the most of it.In sum, this is a solid place for sushi. Not sure about the other items on the menu. I would recommend takeout for this place. Not bad though.

Tried to call to place To Go order (3X) and didn't pick up. So drove to place order in person. Told it would be 20-25 minutes. Came back in 20 and had to wait another 30. Sushi was just so-so.

This was our first time at Moida Sushi and definitely not our last. The seafood was fresh and the presentation was excellent! I highly recommend the Roswell sushi entree experience. The owner was very informative and experienced. He previously owned a restaurant in Florida for 17 years. Family considerations resulted in his current move to Roswell. If you are looking for sushi or sushimi you can't go wrong with Moida Sushi.

Nice restaurant kind of tucked away by Roswell HS. Staff was very friendly, and my favorite sushi was the French Kiss. Also had gyoza and chicken katsu, which was pretty standard fare. I hope they expand some of the non sushi items, but for sushi, I'm really happy this is in Roswell-- it's very difficult to find quality sushi on the west side, between Marietta, Roswell and Kennesaw (lots of great places in Peachtree Corners, Buford Hwy, Duluth, etc). We will definitely be back!
