We booked this reservation with high anticipation as we have been here before to celebrate our anniversary. We knew the space was small and the noise level would likely be higher but what we did not anticipate was the treatment from our server. As a hospitality professionals we could not complain about the timing of our courses or our cocktails. Our complaint is with the level of service we received. When our server approached our table, she didn't provide a name but immediately poured into a story about a past experience she had at a grocery store... my partner and I looked at each other with confusion but let her continue. She said verbatim, “That's the wine list and here are the cocktails”. When she came back for the cocktail order my spouse asked if they had whistle pig bourbon which our waitress replied, “honey whistle pig only makes rye. Let me teach you.” The level of arrogance, misinformation, and disrespect was nearly enough for me to walk out but my partner wanted to still give them a chance. I actually had to excuse myself to the restroom where I passed the host and I had asked her, “is our server always like this?” I was hoping she would take this information to the manager on duty but took it to our server instead as they were chatting by the bar service well. We both believe our server had to be drunk to act this way. When we ordered our food we were constantly questioned on affordability and honestly it felt discriminatory due to our age which our waitress commented on repeatedly. I do not come to elevated places of dining to be humiliated or put through some sort of hazing ritual by a disgruntled server that we left 20% for. This server boasted about being apart of the staff since day one and I'm shocked. I've had more hospitality and professionalism from Waffle House servers than her. Hopefully the owners of little ally read this and I hope they reach out. They have a great concept and it doesn't deserve to be brought down by a bad apple.

Ive been coming to Little Alley Steak for almost 10 years and from my first visit til now I'm always impressed with the level of service and how good the food taste. Definitely one of the best restaurants in the metro Atlanta area

Very disappointed with our most recent visit. We dine at Little Alley often and normally have excellent wine, food and service, which made this experience especially frustrating. I always order my steak plain due to allergies to dairy and pepper. Our waitress was excellent, but the first steak arrived covered in pepper and had to be sent back. The replacement took about 20 minutes and came out crusted on the outside but bright red and cold in the center. The manager's handling of the situation made it uncomfortable to send it back again, but the steak was not edible. When it returned a second time, it was dry and overcooked. I did not eat it. I ultimately did not get to eat dinner with my husband and was still charged for the steak. To make matters worse, the manager later sent out a dairy-based dessert despite my allergy having already been clearly explained. I want to note that we have had a minor issue in the past that was handled exceptionally well by the male manager, which is why this experience was so surprising. Unfortunately, this visit was mismanaged from start to finish and put a damper on our date night. Given this experience, we won't be returning for a while.

Took towoclients to dinner and David was our server. He did an unreal job, great food and drink recommendations, and he was johhny on the spot with the service, and kept the whole crowd entertained the whole night. Apps were amazing, and food was cooked perfect. Can't wait to come back.

We had the prime beef rib-eye which was tender, thick and well cooked, we wanted medium rare. Bernaise was hollandaise it had no terragon. We had the Brie cheese tray with prosciutto, very good. We also had 2 lobster tails, they were perfect and a Caesar salad which was great also. The only complaint which is a small issue was our waitress. She was prompt, did a great job but had a heavy accent, broken English and the restaurant is small and compact which increases the noise level which made it terribly hard to hear and understand her. Thank you, we will return again.

This place has no parallel. The steaks are the best we've had and the service is amazing. This was our anniversary and Arielle took great care of us. I was shocked that they actually read my special request and tried to find a quiet corner for us to enjoy celebrating our anniversary. They truly made the night special for us. We started with oysters on the half-shell which were fresh and a perfect jumpstart. We had bone-in, dry-aged NY strips. they were perfectly cooked and extremely tender to be so lean. We also had mushrooms and mac and cheese for some sides and those were top notch as well. Overall just an amazing experience!

This is my favorite upscale restaurant in the north Atlanta area. Every menu item I've had has been phenomenal in the handful of times I've been. Top notch

Food was delicious and the staff was friendly and attentive The atmosphere was more “longhorn” and less fine dining

I went with my two sons and their Stakes were cooked perfectly. All the sides were excellent. The Kobe steak meatballs were nothing special get something else. My steak, the prime ribeye I ordered, medium rare and 100% came out rare. Barely browned on each side. Now I can eat rare it's not my choice and I did not send it back because I just don't do that so I'm not complaining and it was my choice not to send it back. The staff was excellent.. overall my boys and I had a great time and an excellent Thanksgiving day. Oh of course, it was spendy

We have been to this restaurant 3-4 times. It's our go-to for special occasions. This time was disappointing to say the least. It was my husband's birthday, and we went because we knew it was amazing, but this time wasn't. We are not those people who complain. We seldom send food back, and in fact, we didn't this time. But we should have. We ordered the bone in filet off menu, which we've had before. We split it because it was large. It came out sliced in 4 pieces, and one of the pieces was completely inedible. Tendon and fat running all through. We voiced our concerns to the server and the manager came to see us. Even more disappointing, because she asked what we would like for her to do. Don't ask that. We would like for you to want us to come back to spend $300 on a meal again. Make it worth our time. She comped us $40. Needless to say, we will hesitate before we visit again, which is sad because we love the place so much.

Excellent food and service. Only nit is the tables are a bit small for 4 people. Love Little Alley Steak.

Everything about our experience at Little Alley was great. We were made to feel welcome by everyone, the service was fantastic and the food was incredible. I cannot recommend Little Alley enough. We will definitely be going back.
