I like to support local businesses. I stopped in and got some food and it was delicious. We tried ordering via phone a few weeks later. I was hung up on by several people. When we finally got a person they put us on hold for over 5 mins never came back to speak to us, nothing. If im spending my money I'm not hunting anyone down to order. My husband tried again today and they did the same thing. It's bad customer service.

Mr Churro is one of my favorite dessert places, it’s connected to a food place I believe it’s called pico el gallo which is said to be good as well. It’s usually packed but has a family friendly vibe.

If I can give zero stars I would. I came to bring my kids for some churros and ice cream for an after school treat and I had THE worst experience . I order at 5;57pm and they were cleaning and sweeping and doing everything except our order , 20 mins go by and someone else orders and they got their order in less than 5 mins. I’m still giving the benefit of the doubt maybe they’re making fresh churros. No one offered to give me my coke at least while I wait, a simple vanilla ice cream could have been given to my kids at least but no. Finally 6:30 pm hits and they’re preparing to go orders that came in AFTER we ordered. Mariana B and the other girl NEVER once made eye contact, no “hey sorry it’s gonna be a little bit” “hey you should be getting that soon” NOTHING. But everyone else that got their food literally minutes after. And mind you their orders were more complicated than a simple vanilla cup. Never coming back service was horrendous . Prices are horrendous too. Almost $30 for Teo small cups of vanilla and churros

On Apple Maps it advertises as open till 10:30 Walk in at 10 everyone looks at you like your crazy , and tells you their closed after handing out a to go order right before you speak to the server . Just confusing .

Good Churros, Great Hospitality The churros were good, but not spectacular, I think they could use a bit more flavor, maybe some cinnamon ?. The service, however, was fantastic! Warm and friendly Latin American hospitality, and they even speak Spanish. I'll definitely be back to try their arepas, which looked really popular with other customers

Gross gross gross won’t be back for churros , they look delicious took one bite no flavor, literally fried bread. We tried to switch them out because maybe it was a bad batch and the guy refused. So poor customer service and will not be back! Love the balloons though, something for the churros I threw away.
