I usually come to Mr. Taco in Roswell a few times a year for lunch (typically between 1–3 pm) and always enjoy their lunch fajitas, great value and flavor. Today I arrived a little late for lunch, but the host let me know about their Taco Tuesday special, so I gave it a try. The tacos were a great size with authentic flavor and I say that as someone who’s been to Mexico several times.
What really stood out to me, though, was the service. I came in hoping to watch the Barcelona vs PSG game, but they didn’t have Paramount+, which is the platform broadcasting the UEFA match. To my surprise, management went above and beyond and actually got the subscription so I could enjoy the game while dining. That level of attentiveness and willingness to accommodate is rare these days, and it left a huge impression on me.
Between the authentic food, generous portions, and top-tier customer service, Mr. Taco continues to be one of my go-to spots in Roswell.

I do recommend this place. I had the 6 Taco Asada, it was good but it wasn’t what i hoped it would be, the onion wasnt as strong as I had hoped. The taco itself was juicy and had a nice flavor, however it was just warm, not hot. For 25$ it wasn’t split between 2 people very well, i was still hungry after. My friend had the Quesadilla and said it was great (the price was better for it too), he finished it in 3 minutes. The Churros were really good with Ice cream. The atmosphere is amazing and fun, the service is friendly.
I would recommend this place if you’re in the area and want to eat some Mexican food. The churros were a great price, you should go here and get 5 churro orders.
