I usually come to Mr. Taco in Roswell a few times a year for lunch (typically between 1–3 pm) and always enjoy their lunch fajitas, great value and flavor. Today I arrived a little late for lunch, but the host let me know about their Taco Tuesday special, so I gave it a try. I had the 6 Taco Asada, it was good but it wasn’t what i hoped it would be, the onion wasnt as strong as I had hoped. The taco itself was juicy and had a nice flavor, however it was just warm, not hot. For 25$ it wasn’t split between 2 people very well, i was still hungry after.
