Came early right at 5:00pm on Veterans Day to celebrate my boyfriend Rob, who is a Veteran. We both got the cheeseburger with blooming onions on it with baked potato.The hamburgers and baked potato were excellent I ordered a side caesar with iced tea and Rob a coke.The side caesar is very small not much to it and was dry. The dressing is the best part so I asked for more. Our server Deji was excellent very professional and polite it was a very busy night. We waited 45 minutes to get a table. We asked the servers why is it so cold in here no one could answer. No manager ever came by to ask how was everything. Everyone in the restaurant had their coat on and the woman had their heads covered if they had a hoodie. I would have too. I guess the strategy was to keep people eating fast to get us out. I have never been in a restaurant with no heat. I am sure that from the looks of everyone around us they were asking the same thing. If I had to rate the atmosphere it was chilling. We were however thankful for our kind waiter Deji.

Hot take: I absolutely love the prime rib at Outback. While it’s not 4Charles in New York, and I’m sure there technically is better even in Roswell, you frankly can get a very good prime rib at Outback.
I came in at lunch time not expecting to order prime. Usually it isn’t available til later in the day. Fortunately, Shelby, the incredible to go server, took the time to ask me what I’m here for. Ultimately, I was able to get the prime rib that I was here to get.
Too many to-go servers treat the job like it’s a fast food counter. Shelby knows that it’s important to personalize the experience for the guest. Thank you so much Shelby. Outback is lucky to have you.

This restaurant is absolutely fantastic! The management has this place so efficient and running so fast almost too fast. 😂 Kylee is a server I have had the last three times in and she is amazing. You order your food and within minutes my salad , beer. And bread is being delivered to my table in less than 2 minutes from when ordering. I don’t get this kind of quick service anywhere. The food is perfect and the service and price is great so what a good dinner . I highly recommend

My mom and I went to lunch here today and had the best service. Our server was extremely friendly and efficient. I ordered the lunch special 6oz sirloin and a loaded baked potato which were delicious.
The potato soup was too salty, and the classic prime rib was too fatty, with almost half of it being inedible.

First steak I've ordered from this Outback after numerous tries over the past few years that was so tender I could cut it with a butter knife and it was perfectly cooked. I ordered fries as a side and they were well seasoned, tasty and had melted cheese on them (I didn't order them that way, but the fries weren't completely covered in cheese and they were delicious. I've had some OK steaks and sides from this location over past few years, but they are either under new management, have a new cook and/or ordering steaks (Victoria's filet) from different vendor because it was such a high quality steak. I did order the Chocolate Thunder from Down Under for dessert (menu said it is Gluten Friendly) and was disappointed in the bland taste of the brownie. I've ordered it before and it still doesn't have much flavor. The restaurant did pack up good portions of chocolate sauce, chocolate shavings, fresh whipped cream and vanilla ice cream to go on top which were all good. Wish they made flourless GF chocolate torte or brownie with taste, but still giving meal 5 stars because steak was fine dining quality and fries were really good. Also called in to store to ask for more seasoning on the steak and extra ranch and both modifications were done and the hostess I spoke with was a delight.
