I will be contacting the BBB TOMORROW MORE
I am writing to express my profound disappointment as a first-time customer at this restaurant. I called at 9:30 PM, and the lady on the phone informed me that I had an hour to place my order before the kitchen closed. However, I felt rushed off the phone.
I placed my order through Uber Eats at 9:50 PM and called back to inquire about the type of eggrolls included with my meal. When I learned they were chicken, I requested a substitution for shrimp due to my chicken allergy. She brusquely informed me that substitutions were not allowed and stated that the kitchen was closed, with no further orders being accepted.
I reminded her that I had just spoken to her moments before and was assured that I had time to place my order. Instead of addressing my concern, she started yelling at me in an exceedingly rude manner, declaring that my order would not be processed. All I wanted was to clarify the information she had previously given me.
As a nine-month pregnant woman who has worked all day and is hungry, I believe I deserve better treatment. I expect to hear from a supervisor, manager, or the CEO regarding this issue. If I do not receive a response, I will escalate my complaint to ensure my experience is acknowledged.
Best Chinese/Thai takeout in the Roswell area.

Ordered bourbon chicken and didn’t taste like bourbon chicken. Had better bourbon, chicken other places. Egg fried rice was standard. Ordered through DoorDash and got no utensils to eat the food with.

A Disappointing Experience at Panda Cafe
I had dinner at Panda Cafe, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. First and foremost, I witnessed a child working at the establishment. It was very clear that the child did not want to be there—he looked unhappy and acted in an unprofessional and hesitant manner. The use of child labor is unacceptable under any circumstances, and seeing this created a strong sense of discomfort even before the meal began.
The food itself was also problematic. The ingredients used were clearly of low quality and insufficient. Most notably, the oil used had a very unpleasant smell and taste, which ruined the flavor of the dish and caused stomach discomfort afterward. Hygiene standards were also noticeably poor—tables, utensils, and the overall environment did not appear clean or well-maintained.
As for the taste, the food was bland, flavorless, and seemed carelessly prepared. Overall, this place falls short in many critical aspects, including ethics, hygiene, and food quality.
I will definitely not be returning, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I ordered chicken lo mein and got a huge amount of pasta with 2 tiny pieces of chicken (pic included). I called to complain and the owner could care less. Never going back. These people just want to steal people's money!

I got there very late around like 10:10 pm like the food was great. Everything well done as it is Chinese food you know. I went there last time and did dine in and the service was great. This time I just did takeout as it is nearing closing. The atmosphere was great and I got to play on my phone while I waited. Overall same great experience as last time. :)
Parking: Free parking. No one in the parking lot this late at night. Last time I went here in the afternoon their was still plenty of parking.

Visited Panda Cafe for a late takeout lunch; still took 25 minutes plus to prepare meal. I was fine to wait as food was made to order. Place needed a good sweep but overall was ok. Staff were polite; we ordered four lunch specials which were piping hot & pretty tasty. However, didnt care for the beef; meat was tough & funny looking light brownish color. Meals were good value, Will be back.

Just ordered from here, we feel like this is now our favourite Chinese go-to for take out!
Food was fantastic.
They even go to the extent to making holes in the lids of some Tupperware to ensure the food can breathe and not get soggy!
10/10 will order again.
