Literally just saw a team member handle a sandwich with their bare hands after they dropped it and then went on to bag it. The team member is tall and gender fluid, the sandwich fell off the tray after coming out of the toaster oven and they picked it up with their bare hands arranged it and bagged it for a customer. There needs to be a health inspection here asap. There’s something very wrong going on if this behavior is going on around the rest of the team and no one is speaking up.

The absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced in Roswell. Management, if it even exists at this location, should be ashamed. Rude employees (evenings), incompetent employees, uncaring employees. I will never return and discourage anyone else from doing so.

I love Panera, but this location is an abomination. Extremely dirty and unkempt, the floors are filthy, tables too. Very confusing system, ordered a few items and had to tell them again what it is I ordered which was so strange, it should be on the receipt. My cheese soufflé was a $7 brick, totally inedible. For a Roswell location, it’s shocking how this branch is managed. Gross!

The food is fine, but it seems extremely unsanitary for the people working in the kitchen to have headphones on and their phones out. The amount of germs transmitted from these devices is insane.

Eh! Took forever to order simple sandwich, bread was hard ...isn't this a bakery? And Italian sandwich was pretty boring. I don't like having to order my food, pick up my food, pour my own beverage and bus my table. Lots of other places

This evening, the two staff members I interacted with were rude and unclean looking, and the wait time to get a measly sandwich and cup of soup in an empty Panera took an incredibly long 15 minutes. My sandwich tasted awful. Two weeks ago, I had a similar experience at this Panera, with rude staff, who gave me half my order as well as included a piece of French bread that was just thrown into the bag unwrapped and looked like it had been bitten on. This Panera is in such bad shape that I won't be returning.

This chain needs to get shut down, worked at this location for many years and was told they couldn’t pay me more than 7.25 when i was young, while the ceo was on cnn saying we needed a 15$ minimum wage in 2012. They will have highschoolers serve you brown lettuce and ingredients 7 days a week. The quality is horrible behind the scenes Edit: the bread is fresh though
Also the manager that refused to give me a raise was chris jones, stated that they didn’t make enough money to give me any raise
This restaurant is not clean at all. The food not clean and i found solid circular black piece in my sandwich. This is a farce. You should spend more to provide better service.
