Everytime we come here for take out, they are always backed up and it’s extremely slow. Almost canceled my order.. and that’s after me waiting intentionally longer to come knowing they are slow.
Got a black bean soup, drove 20 minutes only to find that it was literally just broth. No beans at all in my soup. Lol. Like really?
I just got told to wait for 15 min for them to take my order !

I don't normally write middling reviews of places, but my family and I had such a strange experience at Panera. The service wasn't terrible, but everyone felt disinterested and disengaged, and we were only one of two groups in the place; at one point, the server completely spaced out while I was placing my order, and I ended having to repeat it. I don't mind repeating myself if someone doesnt hear me or it's loud. In this case, the person just broke eye contact and went somewhere else in their head. The rest of the staff interactions were similarly bizarre or off-putting. It seemed like no one wanted to be there and no one was happy to have customers.
The food was.... fine? Although, we weren't asked the usual options of bread/chips/apple with our order, so we had just SO MUCH bread. It didnt taste particularly fresh, but nothing tasted especially bad. It was just sort of... there?
The whole vibe in the place was weird. There wasn't much energy other than the energy you get when you can tell someone is annoyed by your presence.
I hate leaving a bad review, but my wife and I couldn't help but remember to each other that Panera used to be a place that had great food, great service, and an atmosphere so awesome that you used to have to wait for a table. It doesn't feel that way anymore. Hopefully they can turn it around?

For nearly $20, I expected a meal that reflected the quality Panera is known for. Instead, it was one of the most disappointing takeout experiences I’ve had in a long time. The sandwich I received was incredibly underwhelming—there was barely any protein, and several of the listed toppings were missing altogether. It felt hastily thrown together. Worse, the soup was clumpy, had a strange texture, and tasted like it had been sitting for far too long. It honestly felt old. Not sure what’s going on, but definitely won’t be coming back.

I always like their sandwiches. Delicious. However the strawberry basil lemonade was too sweet.

My coworker and I walked in to order lunch, it seemed a little busy but not crazy. After standing there for 3-4 minutes a blond women with a pierced bottom lip looks at us and said “WE ARE NOT TAKING ANY ORDERS RIGHT NOW” she was very angry about it. My coworker then said “like at all?” She ignored him and then he asked again the same question and she said “CORRECT” again very angry. No wonder this place has a low percentage of happy customers. She need to leave a get a job without helping others!

I walked in to get lunch and this really rude lady just said “we’re not taking ANY orders right now”. She was so rude and literally told me I couldn’t order food with them. Uhhh..what???? How can you tell people you can’t order food?

I Ordered soup and salad . Found 2 black hairs on my plate. Even though I was offered a new meal , which I declined , because all I could think of was having some one’s dandruff in my food,
I count not eat it.
Kitchen prep staff should be wearing head scarves.
Looking back I should have asked for a refund.
Literally just saw a team member handle a sandwich with their bare hands after they dropped it and then went on to bag it. The team member is tall and gender fluid, the sandwich fell off the tray after coming out of the toaster oven and they picked it up with their bare hands arranged it and bagged it for a customer. There needs to be a health inspection here asap. There’s something very wrong going on if this behavior is going on around the rest of the team and no one is speaking up.

The absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced in Roswell. Management, if it even exists at this location, should be ashamed. Rude employees (evenings), incompetent employees, uncaring employees. I will never return and discourage anyone else from doing so.

I love Panera, but this location is an abomination. Extremely dirty and unkempt, the floors are filthy, tables too. Very confusing system, ordered a few items and had to tell them again what it is I ordered which was so strange, it should be on the receipt. My cheese soufflé was a $7 brick, totally inedible. For a Roswell location, it’s shocking how this branch is managed. Gross!
