They were very accommodating in every way, and the food was fabulous. After 40 years of marriage to a Persian (who is an amazing cook, along with his sisters), I’ve tasted a LOT of Persian food, and Dyar is authentic and delicious. Thank you, Alex, for a lovely day. Your timing, presentation, and portions were perfect and everything was elegant.
