Owners on phone yelling at someone about fees on credit card machine and Doordash salesman are going back and forth about charging credit card fee to customer . Owner wants to charge 2.8 % service fee plus .10 to every customer and only getting charged 2.5% as if the price of food isn't over priced almost 13.00 for a small soda and 7in steak and cheese. Won't ever be back . Not professional and double dipping on customers

0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. To start the dude making the food didn’t have gloves on.. The restaurant was already iffy and not clean fr so I should’ve left then.. The wings are gooey and undercooked.. The Philly just looks good but has no flavor or seasoning.. taste like you chewing paper.. $25 for this meal and it was 🤮.. Won’t ever be back🫡

Restaurant was dirty. Ordered two steak and cheese sandwiches . Got home and threw them away. The smell was awful and one bite, tasted like some sort of chemical. Something very strange w/the meat. Will never go back.

Wow….i didn’t think because of the area that I needed to check the reviews but my goodness, DONT EAT HERE!!!! the place is disgusting, everywhere just disgusting. Nostalgia made me stick around and try something that was good back in the day, while I waited I saw two roaches day walking on the floor and many signs of poor food storage, I stole the owner he should clean up and he asked me why, smfh never coming back, so grossed out I’m reaching out to corporate, oh yeah I got my food in a shopping bag, again, terrible experience, I’ll be throwing this meal in the garbage and most likely never visit another Philly connection

The 4.0 is very misleading. DO NOT COME HERE! I got sick off the food, staff was very rude, filthy/cockroaches running everywhere. Again, this place is awful and don't know how they are still in business.
Avoid. Bathrooms are gross as well as napkin holders being covered with dust. Tip of hot sauce bottle has dead fruit flies on it. I saw a roach before I touched my food and the owners didn’t make an attempt to remove or kill it while I was requesting a refund. I guess the only positive is I got a refund.

Unfortunate to say for a small hole in the wall but this place is disgusting. I am talking about the guy sweating drops off of his face while making sandwiches. It's preposterous that this place passes any inspections.
Disgusting bathrooms, kitchen and I can clearly see the ingredients and spice bottles from 1990s expired clearance stores.
My stomach churns thinking abouty visit to this place. I hope they fix this or happy foodies completely save their stomachs from this place. I have never reviewed so strongly about a small restaurant.

This place is disgusting. I treated it like a small town gas station. Nasty. Nasty. Nasty. So dirty! Clearly, their business model is delivering, where their consumer can't see how gross this place is. I will never return or order for delivery.

I did not check reviews before I came. The place is not well maintained but I plunged ahead. I was disappointed with the 5 onion rings I got for $4.95 but the cheesesteak was decent.

Sandwiches were disappointing, especially for the recently increased prices. We paid $20 for one small Philly (5”), one medium (8”) Philly and onion rings. Onion rings were great. Sandwiches were mostly bread and not even good bread.
