Haven't had philly connection in quite a while, so I thought I'd give it a try, went in felt more like I went into somebody's home there were so many people sitting around talking loudly which wouldn't be a big deal, but every table was dirty in the place,
Also the Phillies themselves are not that good anymore at least at this location, bread was cold barley toasted
Doubt Ill ever be back

I ordered online, As soon as I entered I notice the Restaurant was very Dirty. From the Drink area and floor, I did not Eat the food. I Paid almost $15.00 what a Waste. The Manager needs to see this and You all need to keep the Restaurant clean.

Philly connection, more like NO connection, plus food smelled. The place is dirty. Not to mention the cost is outrageous. Stick with Firehouse Subs, Philly is way better.

Absolutely Disgusting and Completely Unsanitary This Place Should Be Shut Down Immediately
I’m not the type to leave bad reviews, but my experience at this establishment was so disturbing that I feel obligated to speak up. This place is a complete health hazard and should not be operating under any circumstances. I ordered two Philly cheesesteaks, fries, chips, and a drink but what I witnessed and experienced was absolutely unacceptable.
First off, as I sat down to wait for my food, I noticed rat and roach traps placed in plain sight under a cooler or stand in the dining area. That was my first red flag. I got up to collect my food, then went to grab a cup from the counter to pour my drink. When I got to the drink station, there was old, dried-up juice everywhere on the machine, the floor, the counter clearly not cleaned in days, not just from being busy.
What I saw next was jaw-dropping. The entire restaurant was filthy. Dirty towels black and brown in color from built-up grime were tossed around the grill area and kitchen. The floor behind the counter and near the cooking area was covered in trash, spills, and who knows what else. The cooking surfaces were visibly greasy and poorly maintained. It looked like nobody had cleaned that place in weeks.
The employees looked just as unhygienic as the space. Their uniforms were stained, wrinkled, and grimy, and frankly, it made me question whether they practice basic hygiene. I watched them handle food without gloves, wipe surfaces with dirty rags, and there was zero concern for cleanliness or cross-contamination.
When I finally sat down and bit into my sandwich, I instantly pulled a long strand of hair from the food completely unacceptable and absolutely disgusting. On top of that, the food was clearly not fresh and definitely not held at the correct temperature. It tasted old, stale, and borderline spoiled.
It is beyond obvious that this restaurant does not meet even the most basic state sanitation standards. If the health department were to inspect this place, I am confident they would shut it down immediately. This isn’t just a bad meal this is a public health concern.
Please do yourself a favor and avoid this restaurant at all costs. It is dangerously unsanitary, poorly managed, and a serious risk to anyone who chooses to eat there.

Save your money, your time, and your stomach- go literally anywhere else. There was more food splattered all over the walls, floors, and countertop than the tables. The bathrooms were absolutely appalling, I mean I’ve seen cleaner bathrooms at truck stop. The wings were overcooked, dry, and tough. The Philly was an absolute disgrace and a total contradiction to their existence. Needless to say stick with a happy meal at McDonalds.

Food was ok, the employee definitely looked like he hated being there. Food was ready maybe 3 minutes after paying which makes me think it was not fresh.
