Tried to place an online delivery order tonight and the order would not go through after 5 tries. Called the store and spoke to Rose. They could not access the online coupons with the register, so she went above and beyond to make sure we could find a way to work around the glitch and still get exactly what we wanted for the same price. Delivery was very quick also. Thank you Rose (in Roswell) for going out of your way!

The guy left me outside the restaurant and it was still 11:40 pm, which means it should be open. According to the website, it says they close at 12:15 am. If they're not going to keep that schedule, they should change it on the website.

I order from this store daily. I order the exact same thing everyday, literally. Medium Pan Pizza pepperoni, extra pepperoni and Cinnamon sticks. Normally Jaffar takes my order and the service is great and the pizza comes out with a nice Golden Crust and arrives fast to my house. On the days I have to order and JP is there I order from the other store. This guy has a serious problem taking the orders down correctly. The last time I ordered when this JP character was there he took the wrong order, got the pizza delivered 50min later. Only for the pizza arrive and it was the wrong crust. I ordered a PAN, we always order PAN pizza…..I call back only to have JP tell me he made a mistake and he would send the right pizza back out. Ten minutes later he calls back and tells me I have to come pick up the pizza if I want it. This pizza is for my kids what if I hadn’t been next to my phone would the pizza simply never arrive…? This guy hang up the phone on my face. I call back thinking perhaps that too was an accident only for JP to hang up on me again! This guy is incredibly rude. Customer service, not sure how old this man is but his lack of customer service skills is apparent. If he doesn’t like his job then maybe he should do something else for a living. My wife had to calm me down because I had the mind set to drive to store and confront this man-child… the level is disrespect is incredibly.

I work in the area so I visit this location multiple times a week, and I can say without a doubt they work hard here and do their job to the fullest extent. The staff has a great personality and are always so friendly and accommodating. Honestly the best pizza hut experience I've ever had, keep it up guys

Several weeks ago, my order arrived missing items, overcooked, and the pizza was not even cut. I contacted corporate several times about it with no reply. The manager of this establishment has never reached out even though they were supposed to — the Pizza Hut chat rep told me they should within 1-3 business days. Stay away from this PH location.

The manager Jarrod was extremely rude and cursing. Horrible customer service and I smelled marijuana on him. I don't care if people smoke marijuana at home,but this is a business that serves children. I didn't appreciate this in front of my daughter!My food was burnt and hard as well. This place needs better management!
