Pretty rude employees. I walked in to pick up an order and one employee ignored me as she swept and listened to music. I could literally see my order ready for pick up. After a few minutes, I finally kindly said, I was there for a pick up. The other employee rudely snapped for me to hold on. Then she told me that they were only 15 minutes from closing and they needed to clean. I told her I was just there for a pick up. No apology or smile from either. This Pizza Hut lacks basic customer service and I do not recommend it. It’s a shame, because I do enjoy the menu at Pizza Hut. I’ll have to find another location where the employees aren’t rude and checked out just because they are almost closed for the night. I get having a rough night, but never take it out on a customer. :(

I arrive at the store at 1:30PM on Wednesday 12/11 just for there to be not a single employee in sight and all lights are off in the store! This is the third time this has happened at this exact location. When there are workers they are congregating in the parking lot, why am I always waiting for them to enter the store?!

The worst most incompetent Pizza Hut. The food isn’t good from it tasting stale to it being burnt. The workers are very nonchalant and lack customer service. The store supposed to open at 10. Orders have been placed and paid for and there are customers sitting outside while the door is locked and the lights are off at 1:00 pm!!! It’s too cold and that’s too much of an inconvenience. The least yall could have done was put a note on the door informing customers that you would be closed. They need to do better. Goodbye

The two young ladies at the front are very kind and helpful. The delivery driver older man is wonderful and my pizza is always warm and delicious. Customer service is great here, this is my favorite Pizza Hut ever!!

I am most disappointed in the level of service received at this location...2300 Holcomb Bridge Rd., Roswell, GA 30076. I should have known better than to continue patronizing this establishment, given my previous encounters My most recent experience will be my final one. The pizza was clearly burned around the crust areas. I am appalled that they would even serve this to customers. Nonetheless, after having brought it to the manager's attention, I was met with sarcastic, unprofessional, and snide remarks. I have been a customer of Pizza Hut for many years. Now, you've lost loyal member! I will take my business where my money is appreciated!

Charge you for extras and never give them to you! Such as: Pan crust, any kind of dipping sauce, extra cheese, extra toppings, ect. *Unless you're there to call them on it before leaving. (Carry-out) They also charged me a $5 delivery fee just to outsource to a door dash driver. Guy leaves it on the ground next to my trash without making himself known. Disgraceful. If I would have known you were going to outsource, I wouldn't have left a tip on your website. Nobody wants to hear what I have to say on the matter in the store either. This isn't the first time this place has left me less than satisfied to put it nicely. It will be the last though, I assure you of that. Never again. Never. Ever. Again. Not even free. Wouldn't trust it.

Food was okay, but the delivery driver was rude about the tip. He was an Hispanic older guy, he laughed in my 14yr little sister’s face about the tip while being passive aggressive. She was upset and saddened with the interaction. Mean guy!

I went to this location around a week ago to order medium pizzas. Well, they messed up the pizza. I told them in the store that I wasn’t happy about the pizza. They told me that they would replace it. I had to go so, I couldn’t get it right then & there. I asked them if there was anything that I needed to get from them… names, order numbers, etc. They said no because they would put notes under my name. I called back a week later, and they told me they wouldn’t remake my pizza. Apparently, the notes were never put in the system. I even informed them that it was to feed my child, and they still didn’t care. Don’t go to this location!!!!!!!!!

Great food and service. I was helped immediately and greeted promptly. My order was accurate and prepared quickly (was quoted 16 minutes and it came out in 14). I watched the cook wash his hands before preparing my food fresh. The girl who took my order also cut my pizzas and brought them to me asap - even gave me plates and napkins without asking. This location is my new favorite!
