Brandon out delivery driver is always so funny and energetic and we look forward to getting pizza delivered from Pizza Hut just love to see him coming. This is by far the worst Pizza Hut that I've ever been to In My Life my wife made her order and went inside to pay for it and was told by the young woman working there that her food was just about done and they have it out to her just a moment which was not even the case because they had not even started on her food her food was supposed to be done by 9:45 and it was 9:36 and they hadn't started her food I finished my order online and pay for it online and came in the store and my food was supposed to be completed by 10:03 it was 951 and another gentleman walked in was trying to pick up his food well he stood there waiting waiting waiting patiently and my wife had to end up going out back where the young woman and another employee were out there smoking cigarettes for 30 minutes my wife said hey you got people in here waiting for their food come inside and couldn't find the gentleman's food it took them 5 minutes to find his food so finally he got his food he left by this time my wife asked for her food was and the girl told her that I was just coming out of the oven and give it to her in just a second and my wife said I thought it was going to be done by now it's supposed to be done 15 minutes ago and one of the guys that was out back smoking cigarettes looked at my wife and told her you just need to chill out it's only a damn pizza at that time I told him if he talked to my wife like that again he's going to pick himself up off the floor there was no hot water in the bathroom no one was wearing hair nets gloves or anything and the girls hair was all over the place there was two older guys in there it looks like they've been hanging out with Willie Nelson for a week and couldn't find or do anything and then when they finally get my wife her food it was the wrong food I didn't even get mine because they hadn't even started it yet and it was supposed to be done 2 minutes after that so I told him just keep it it's been 3 days now and I still haven't gotten my money back I love Pizza Hut but I will not go back here I'll eat a pizza off the dumpster before I go back there then the guy wanted to follow us out of the store and keep running his mouth so I just got in the car and left because he wasn't worth the time it takes to put me in the handcuffs the owner of this establishment because I know it's a franchise because I've already spoke to corporate about it needs to get his employees some common sense training because they don't have any

Stay away from this Pizza Hut location they will have you waiting for two hours for your food if you go to the store to pick it up, they’ll tell you got about an hour more to wait. If you ask for a delivery they will tell you that the delivery driver got lost this location needs to shut down and the general manager, I don’t know his name, the tall, black guy who normally works overnight Unprofessional he would laugh in your face won’t acknowledge you. Save yourself to stress stay away.

Decided to order takeout instead of delivery, arrived 20 min after my order was placed, I walk in and there’s a line a people agitated as we were all told the orders will be remade. I waited a few mins and then decided I’d be better off somewhere else, I then asked for a refund before making mine freed, employee stated that my order was already taken care of. I contacted Pizza Hut customer service and they responded once then ghosted me.
This was the worst Pizza Hut I have ever been to in my life. When I arrived, there was only one employee working, running around trying to do everything by himself—taking orders, cooking, handling the register… everything! I honestly felt so bad for him and so angry at the managers and the owner of that store for leaving him alone with no help. not to mention I waited 1 HOUR for 2 pizzas for them to be raw it’s unbelievable
I ordered two pizzas. One was “okay”—not fully cooked, but edible. The other one, for which I paid $21 (a three-meat pizza), was completely raw. It was chewy, undercooked, and barely had any meat or veggies. It was supposed to have cheese-stuffed crust, but it was falling apart because it was so raw.
Please, do not buy from this location. The owner needs to take responsibility for this. Poor employee.

Had a delay and change in my order due to a mechanical issue. Adam was here working alone, hurried to get my order together and when he realized there was an issue with my wings, he offered me a generous alternative and gave me a soda while I waited. Even tho he’s running around like a chicken with his head cut off, he made time for high quality customer service and compassion. Very nice man. I’ll get my pizza from here any time and I’m gonna try to get my son a job here to help him lol 😂
