If you’re going to cold stone, that side is fine. But don’t waste your time with the smoothies. Had a bad one the first time I went, but I decided to give them a second chance at a later time. The second time, I was told by an employee that they don’t make smoothies 20-30 minutes before close, despite two employees and 0 customers inside the shop. No better way to say “we don’t want your business” than that.

I came here for a midday smoothie with my family and let me tell you it was made with love for sure she was so nice and welcoming to me and my family she pointed out what was a good smoothie to choose from the fruits I wanted and let me say this was the BEST I ever had wish I wouldn’t hit her name she need a raise and my son loved his smoothie :)

I have a location closer to my house, but will now always drive out to this Roswell location (which is a little farther away) because they're fast, and open when they say they're open. They make a good smoothie. It's worth the longer drive for me to go to this Roswell Planet Smoothie. Been to this one several times, never been let down.

I don't understand how this place is so highly rated. I've tried 3 times to give them a chance, and the smoothies were terrible each time.... Like not even a little tasty. I don't get how it's possible to make a smoothie taste so bad lol. Weird.

It was good. I customized a smoothie that I typically get at smoothie king. I came here since smoothie king's customer service is trash and I will no longer be patronizing. Good to know that I can now go to Planet Smoothie.
