I stopped by Pure Taqueria Roswell and tried the Birria Taco and the Tacos Sonora—both were absolutely amazing! The Birria was rich, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. But the standout for me was the Tacos Sonora. They had just the right amount of spice, bold flavor, and balance that kept me coming back for more. I love coming to Pure Roswell! The staff is always so nice and the food is so good! I specifically enjoy the pastor tacos and camarones a la parrilla! If you like Mexican food, i definitely recommend this place!
