I haven’t been to this location in 7 years . The last time I came it was horrible. Bad service and bad food . I was considering coming back but after reading the most recent reviews i see the place hasn’t changed at all . I will not be wasting my time or money . I cant believe they are still in business. How can people eat at a place that stinks and is filthy?!

The waitress was polite, the restaurant from what we could see was clean HOWEVER we ordered 2 filets. And one came out as a sirloin and BOTH were almost rare.We sent them back to request they be cooked as we requested to medium well. The came out tasting like gasoline, and burned. When we asked to speak to the manager he was ADAMENT that BOTH steaks were in fact filet mignon, my husband was stating there was no way as one was round and plump like a filet and the other was flat like a sirloin. After the manager refused to have the sirloin replaced with a filet we didn’t even eat the burned steaks. They did comp and remove them but telling a customer they are wrong when the steaks definitely were not what and how we ordered we will not be going back as we were made to feel asking for our specifications were too much of a burden.

Our order took 45 mins to come out, when it finally came the food was horrible. I ordered a burger well done and it came out medium and zero flavor. The fries tasted like the grease had not been changed in a long time. I had to ask for a drink refill. There was maybe 2 other tables with people in it so it wasn’t because they were busy. I’m not sure if I will ever go to another red lobster after this.

The food was nasty we ask for a med rare strip steak got med could not eat , lobster pasta nasty, crab over potatoes nasty and old crab.Kurt the manager was rude ask for a refund he refused and told me he was busy with other stuff. I see way they have no business at this location along with bad google reviews we spent $107.45 and did not eat anything but they charged us for food we sent back or left on the table. Why do they not have guest? I think we all know from the review and the parking lot. Don’t go there to waste your money , I heard the guest next to us asking about the advertising on television the server did not know what he was talking about sad.

So they are good for consistency with service and food as a person that knows what I like they keep good food on the menu and they never let you cup stay empty long!

Truly concern about this experience at the holbcom bridge location. We were in a party of 6 we ordered a couple things including the Lobster & Shrimp Stack in which for some reason the shrimp in it tasted terrible I tried one as whom was having it mentioned it tasted terrible and I couldn't even make out how it could taste that bad then tried a second one as I thought maybe it was just that one shrimp and it had that same bad taste. I had ordered the walt's famous shrimp and it was amazing. I brought up this remark to the server in which followed up with "what you wanna do about it" Then gave me 2 options for either a discount or replacement since whom had ordered had lost her appetite for shrimp she asked for the discount so he got us a $10 gift card in which was much appreciated. I spent an average amount of $41 per person as expected since we were dining at redlobster but what set me off was the fact that the server before bringing our dessert said "stack up your plates before I get back" if I was at a established with lower standards totally acceptable but if I'm spending $41 per person I expect them to have enough room in their labor budget to have a busser as well. Don't know if they are cutting corners for better "numbers" but felt like bad management in which resulted in a bad experience at this location.

Came in about 1pm today. I was seated. 2 wait staff made eye contact with me while they were walking around. I sat there with my menu and noone spoke to me. No drinks, nothing. After over 20 minutes I walked out. They probably still haven't noticed.

I haven't been to a Red Lobsters in years and after this visit, I will not be going back. The hostess area, which is near the restrooms smelled of sewage. We had to wait 20 plus minutes for a table b/c they were short staffed. Once seated, we got great service, but the food was just not that good. We ordered the cheesy crab fries and they just did not have enough cheese or garlic cream sauce on them. They were pretty dry. I ordered the garlic butter crab legs and these were the most bland crab legs I've ever had in my entire life. They looked pretty good, but it seemed like someone dipped them in a bucket of oil and then dumped a half a jar of minced garlic on them. They really lacked flavor. The cheddar biscuits were GREAT!

Ordered online, website said it would be ready at 8. Food actually came out 8:40, lukewarm. Despite the generous addition of gratis cheesecake, I will not be returning. Service at the counter was good.

I ordered 2 lobster tails and was disappointed. They were small and overcooked. (Tough) The ladies restroom was very dirty. I told one of the employees who did not get someone to come clean it up. The server was pleasant.

Update 2024: I just went today and had a wonderful time. Great food, great service. Our waitress Naomi was wonderful. Bathroom needs work and update but it works. All else was much better than last time.Food tasted great and our waitress was wonderful but the place, the smell and cleanliness was horrible... It smelled horrible. Floors looked filthy.

My husband and I were planning on eating here all week. We arrived a little bit before 5 so we could beat the crowd. No one was waiting and we were seated right away. We sat for 5 minutes without any service and then a party of 8 was sat next to us. A few minutes later, a server approached the party next to us but still no one had even stopped by for a drink order with us. We ended up leaving, disappointed in service.

Allow me to begin by saying I have been a long time patron of the company. Back to the “red lobster’s fun, you know it’s true” birthday song days. I visit the Roswell , GA(Holcomb bridge) location with some frequency as it is near my daughter’s school. Each time I visit, I wonder if it can honestly get any worse. Prior to today, it’s always been dark and the employees seem to dread being there. Basics such as cleanlinessThis location seems to be forgotten about. On 02/05/24 around 6pm, we came in to eat dinner. There was not an hostess at the front but yet a labeled bell encouraging it to be rang for service(odd). After being seated, my young child needed to use the restroom. We approached the women’s restroom and before opening the door, we could smell what was awaiting us. Once inside, we both recoiled because of the smell of a diarrhea explosion. There were no other customers in the restroom. One stall was locked indicating not to enter and another had excrement dripping down the front. We backed out of the restroom and sought the manager’s assistance. The young black male manager, wearing a wave cap or doo-rag on his head, approached. I explained the situation and asked was there an alternative restroom. He advised that there were no other restrooms. I did request that he peek inside the men’s restroom for us to use. It (the men’s restroom) was fine.Upon leaving, we needed to pass the restroom again. The smell was still permeating, which means in the hour of our dining it had not been cleaned. Dining is an experience that appeals to your sight and sense of smell. Well let’s see, red lobster failed on the olfactory front. While our meal was as expected, this location seems to lack care. I do know that the restaurant industry struggles with keeping employees or even the best employees but this seems to be a larger problem.
