di Paolo is my preforito restaurant in Roswell. Turns out this hidden little gem is participating in Roswell Restaurant Week. So, I booked a 4 top last night. We got a table near the open kitchen, our old familiar spot, with our dear friends Brenda and Eddie. These seats allow us to witness di Paolo chefs display effortless culinary cooperation. Our apertivo was magnificent. I had a Ceasar salad with luscious white anchovies, while Eddie ordered a bottle of red and a bottle of white, we were fixin' to get right. Our wonderfully engaging server, almost to the point of enchanting, offered us a truly copacetic red zin and a textbook sauv blanc. My home-made seafood pasta course was so fresh and well seasoned, I felt like I was dining on Prince Edward Island. And, my tender and juicy stuffed chicken entree tasted as if other chickens had raised this chicken, with purpose and love, in some sort of chicken utopia. Roswell Restaurant Week ends on February 3rd, I'm going back to di Paolo tomorrow night, Sundays are 1/2 priced bottles of wine.

This is one of our favorite sushi restaurants. Rolls are about $15 on average. The service is always good.
It was very good service. The prices were a little out of line with the quantity of food. Quality was fresh.
LOVE this restaurant and they're dog friendly outside! Our favorite place! Lot's of options on the menu and good wine list. It's a perfect spot for people watching and enjoying a relaxing afternoon/evening!
Not a fan of sushi or seafood but I didn't pick the restaurant -- however they have a crazy big menu with food for everyone.
Always a great time and delicious meal with a diverse menu so there's always something new to try. The weather was perfect sitting outside with our pup! And they have a special purchase deal for the holidays that we were happy to buy!
Chippers Club will participate in this year's restaurant week...we look forward to offering up an eclectic American menu for this event

First time there and absolutely loved the food. Couldn't decide on a sushi roll because they all looked delicious! Will be back to try more of what I couldn't this time.
Hostess was delightful around the lunch hour. Seated quickly as there was no wait on a delightful patio with umbrellas by the roadway. Waitress seemed a bit pushy and rushed. Took my plate as soon as I finished my meal notwithstanding me and my friend being in deep conversation which I thought was quite rude. However, Americans tend to do that...Food was very tasteful. Highly recommend! Would love to try the unbreaded calamari next time.
We had a reservation. It was not crowded. We sat for 8 minutes and no one came to the table. I went in and asked to be served and the woman assured me we would send someone out to help us. There were several servers standing around. After waiting 5 more minutes we just left.
The food was extremely good and we enjoyed the variety of sushi they had to offer. We went during the middle of the week and the restaurant was not very busy, but the service was alittle slow and we had to flag down our waiter a few times for refills and the check. But overall our experience was good and we definitely will be back.
I visited Zest for my birthday and loved it! I picked Zest online based on their wall lined with sansaviera plants. I ordered sushi, the raw and steamed oysters, mussels, and a glass of rose and everything was wonderful!
