My boyfriend and I had the opportunity to dine at salt factory last Wednesday night for our date night. We sat at the bar and had the most exceptional service I’ve ever received at salt factory. Brendan was our bartender and he was kind, funny, and very informative. He recommended the pork tacos and the Moroccan meatballs and they did not disappoint! He answered all of our questions and was very patient with my indecisiveness. He took great care of us and I will request his service every time I get the chance!

The atmosphere is vibrant, and the food is fantastic, but what truly sets this place apart is the impeccable service—especially from Brandon, one of the finest bartenders in town. Great food - even greater service! We were here on an extremely busy night (GA/AL game) but Brendan was phenomenal - he made excellent food and drink recommendations and was super efficient, attentive, and refreshingly pleasant! He checked in on us frequently - as if he had plenty of time for us despite having so many other customers! I highly recommend Salt Factory - the food and drinks are delicious and very high quality and you won’t get better service!
This was fantastic, we stopped in for lunch on a weekday and it wasn't very busy so we got our choice of table. Our server was really nice and the food came out fast, which is not usually that important to us but very appreciated as we were in a hurry. Everything was superb - shepherds pie and fried green tomato sandwich were some of the best we've ever had. We'll be back!

I left a nice tip in the end, and then the family scolded me for doing so all the way home. First the food was very good at the Salt Factory… No issue there. The bartender was friendly and the food arrived on time so why was I scolded for tipping 20%+ ? Well … there were two other people seated at the bar and three people came to the bar for drinks That was the extent of the competition for the bartenders attention. This otherwise pleasant bartender did not make eye contact with us for 30 minutes after we finished our meal .. we had six finished plates serviceware and empty glasses sitting in front for -30 minutes. Also I wanted an Irish Coffee but I’m not a wave and EXCUSE ME kind of guy (ex-bartender). It’s a nice restaurant (crappy TV behind the bar if the game is on) Go there. The point of the review is an appeal to bartenders to get their faces out of the computer screen !! which requires your ass to face the customers-(btw) - and make eye contact with your clientele ! constantly ! They’ll relax if you’re busy. Nothing more aggravating than being ignored when you’re waiting for service sitting at bar… with three other customers taking up His time It’s a closed environment -‘ theater in the round - the customers are watching, waiting, hopefully patiently you’re on stage. Thirty minutes. Five customers including us at the bar. dirty plates, silverware napkins glassware. Uncleared No chance to order after dinner drinks before we got - the bill - which we didn’t ask for

My wife and I tried the Salt Factory Pub. After visiting friends in the area.
We shared the pulled pork tacos (as an appetizer) and the Nashville Hot Crispy Chicken Sandwich (main course). We each had a Sangria Rajó to drink.
First, the service was excellent. Brendon provided great menu input and attention to detail. The care and detail provided included him and the chef splitting our sandwich and fries between two plates for us (before serving the meals/plates at the table).
Second, my wife mentioned multiple times that both the drink and food were very tasty.
It's a smaller location with only one TV. They had the local college (GA) game on but no volume, just music. So they were a little less crowded than the other surrounding restaurants blaring the game on multiple screens.
The only real negative is that the area appears to be popular with multiple establishments. This gives clients multiple great options but parking is challenging. There seemed to be free parking in the "back" but bring patience and walking shoes to get you up hills or down/around a few steps.
Note: 1. This was my first and only visit. 2. The brownie and ice cream dessert were great also.

Their appetizers (tostada need improvement: used to be a full tostada shell, nowadays we only get half-open face style), main course (especially the shepherds pie, trouts, steak and mussels) and blueberry bread pudding garnished with vanilla ice cream is the best we had. Their weekly specials is a must try. We had at least one dish from their weekly specials and they met our expectations and all of them were delicious. Service is excellent, especially at Roswell location. The manager pays attention to their customer needs and accommodates to make us happy and belly full.

We were at the bar. I was eating some signature burger, and it was delicious. My friend had shrimps in some sauce and loved it. We had local beer, and that was tasty. The bartender was great, always checking on us and got us what we needed. For Friday night, I expected more crowds but didn't mind not having the usual crowd. Overall, it's a great spot with good food and great service.
Parking: You can pay for parking just down the street or you can park on the street and walk 2 min and get ti any of the restaurants in the strip
