We visited the Salt Factory and Pub today for a midday lunch with a large group, and we were seated right away outside—it was absolutely glorious! Our server, Loralei, was friendly, outgoing, and incredibly attentive, making our experience even better. We all ordered the traditional burgers, and they were cooked to perfection—huge portions and outstanding quality. The local beers and craft cocktails were also spot-on, mixed perfectly and full of flavor. From the outstanding service to the high-quality food, this place truly impressed us. I highly recommend the Salt Factory and Pub to anyone looking for a great meal and atmosphere. We’ll definitely be returning soon!

Stopped by for an early lunch. Ordered off the specials menu for Oktoberfest! A bratwurst with the classics: kraut and spicey mustard. Ordered the braised cabbage instead of fries. Brat came out on an over toasted and somehow chewy bun. No mustard. Brat had okay flavor and not much cabbage on the plate. For the price point I would have expected more. I'm writing this review, still sitting in the restaurant...I have basically forgotten about the dish already. However, they are short staffed and the two people they have on right now are absolutely killing it - Ella and Lucy thanks for demonstrating what service should look like.

We stumbled upon the Salt Factory Pub while strolling through historic Roswell, and it turned out to be a fantastic find! The mussels were some of the best I’ve had in Atlanta, and the sauce was so good I took some home.
We went back within a couple of weeks and had The London broil again, which was cooked to perfection, and the mashed potatoes were amazing. I appreciated that they accommodated my request to swap out the onion rings for spinach this second visit, which was also delicious. The staff is friendly, the service quick, and the place spotlessly clean. Overall, it’s a solid 5-star experience, and it’s a great place to watch the game while you dine!

My recent travels took me on an adventure to Roswell, a city I haven’t been to in years. I was amazed by how much the area has transformed, with new businesses and vibrant energy.
Stepping inside, the atmosphere was a mix of cozy and lively, and my initial goal was simply to enjoy the ambiance rather than a full meal. i wasn’t too hungry. I was just wanted a snack. Nothing heavy. The menu offered a variety of choices, but the fried chickpeas caught my eye. They sounded like a healthier and more unique appetizer, so I decided to give them a try.
When the plate arrived, I was pleasantly surprised. The chickpeas were perfectly crispy and seasoned, offering a delightful crunch with every bite. The dish was not only tasty but also hit the mark as the light, savory snack I was looking for. To complement this, I also sampled their bread service, which was soft, warm, and served with a delicious accompaniment—a perfect simple pleasure.
Overall, the visit was a pleasant and satisfying. The quality of the food, even in my limited selections, was impressive, and the friendly atmosphere made for a great stop in Roswell. #ashsaidit

Salt is our favorite go to place on Canton! We love the vibes, food and the people who work there (special shout out to Lily - highly recommend sitting at the bar when she’s working, she is amazing!!)
Wonderful mussels!! The sauce is absolutely amazing. I wanted to put it on everything! I also had the Cajun shrimp on a Salt Factory salad. Excellent!! Will definitely be coming back!

I went around lunch time, but they were transitioning to the dinner menu and everything was delicious! My table ordered the calamari and the butternut squash raviolis and they were both so good. The ravioli I could have eaten by itself. Please try it, you will not be disappointed! For the main I had the blood orange salmon with the Ratatouille and both were good. I wasn't expecting that spice from the Ratatouille, but it wasn't too much it was really good. I swapped the mashed potatoes for spinach tho and that was good. The waitress was nice and prompt. It was pretty dead at the time we went, but I could see this being a cozy place to be and chat with friends. 10/10. I definitely would love to come back ❤️
