Stopped by for an early lunch. Ordered off the specials menu for Oktoberfest! A bratwurst with the classics: kraut and spicey mustard. Ordered the braised cabbage instead of fries. Brat came out on an over toasted and somehow chewy bun. No mustard. Brat had okay flavor and not much cabbage on the plate. For the price point I would have expected more. We stumbled upon the Salt Factory Pub while strolling through historic Roswell, and it turned out to be a fantastic find! The mussels were some of the best I’ve had in Atlanta, and the sauce was so good I took some home.
