This coffee is delicious and refreshing! I’m pleasantly surprised by how affordable it is compared to Starbucks, and it tastes even better. I only wish they had a location closer to my home, but I make sure to grab a cup whenever I’m nearby. The service is always friendly, and I’ve never had any issues. Highly recommended!

Coffee is always good. Just one thing though- the staff really need to be better at giving customers the information they need. I ordered a ciabatta breakfast sandwich with just eggs and cheese. At no point was I told that the sausage is taken out of the sandwich so that they can sell me just the egg and cheese sandwich. I eat strictly halal and would never order something where it’s been contaminated by meat. I only found out from another scooters location later that they are given prepackaged sandwiches and would have to remove the meat to give me the “vegetarian” version. It’s just very dumb of staff to assume there are not people out there that do not want any meat contamination in their food.

Smoothies often come with large chunks of ice. I now ask for double blended so they will actually take the time to blend it correctly. I know for a fact that they can do this because about 60% of the time they actually do it right. The annoying thing is how frequently they do it wrong.As for the staff they are usually ok, but there is a LOT of turnover here. Maybe this is why they seem to have such a hard time getting the order right the first time.If there was another place nearby to get a smoothie I would have given up on this place by now.

Excellent customer service Ali was very pleasant abs I had ordered a coffee with milk for getting that I don't drink it and he fixed it no problem at all with a smile... also the coffee was great!!
I was in town for a wedding this weekend and the hotel didn't have complimentary coffee so I ended up here a bunch. Everybody was so kind and happy and everything they made was delicious. We don't have Scooter's up in NJ so it was such a treat. Thanks everyone!

I typically go through the drive thru. I get a flavor of the day coffee and a cookie not warmed up. The staff is happy to be there. They seem to be in good spirits and happy to fill the order.The coffee tastes great and it's served hot. It's a very rare occasion that I see grounds in the bottom of the cup. The cookies taste great and I've never had a stale cookie, they always taste fresh.
Parking: They have several parking spots in front. Other establishments in the area so parking can happen there too. Other than another restaurant's carry-out and handicap, no assigned parking.
