I went in here with my partner and the service and employees were very kind. We ordered our food and my partner went into the restroom. However when my partner came back from the bathroom she looked concerned. She told me there was a confederate flag on the wall and when I looked, I know it was an older Georgia flag but also knew did use the confederate flag. As we waited for our order we discussed the flag and resigned to have paid for our food. When the food came out the order smelled of being boiled rather than a traditional BBQ technique. The flavor relied heavily on the sauce which was fairly decent. Unfortunately, the only thing I enjoyed on the plate was the mac and cheese which was not very flavorful but did well with some salt and pepper. I’d say for proudly displaying a hate symbol the food did not make up for it. I hate that this place did not deliver since the service and employees were kind. But they chose their clientele and are clearly catering to it.

The employees here are so nice! I came in craving BBQ at 10:30am, not realizing it was still their breakfast hours. They graciously served me and my coworker lunch anyways! That was so sweet and very much appreciated. Thanks, yall!!

Typical small BBQ place. BBQ sauce was vinegar based but their sweet was not as strong with it but also not as sweet so that was good as vinegar is not our thing. Mac and cheese was creamy vs not soupy - but still tasty. The meat was really tender and good. The pickles were excellent. The Texas toast was so really good. Plenty of sides to choose from. We will be back if we're in the area and want BBQ.
