I go in this place. It's opened. Lights on, door unlocked. However, nobody at the counter. I ding the metal assistance bell 4 times. Still, nobody comes. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me (other times were at neighboring smoothie kings), so apparently franchise owners do what they want, despite what the signs on the door say for hours of operation.

I purchased a smoothie bowl from this location today. When I got to my car and opened the lid the açaí was completely liquid. I took it right back into the store for them to remake it. I was told it would be the same way so I requested a refund. I order these all the time (1st time at this store) and have NEVER had this happen. The young man working advised me his manger would give the refund when she arrived in a few hours. Never got the refund. I will not be returning to this location.
