This is a great location. The staff is always friendly and helpful. There are little touches that are nice like a smiley on a sandwich or even "We love you 3000" on my coffee cup. Keep up the good work!

Nicest Starbucks. I come here often. I had a family emergency and the staff was so wonderful to me. The girl with the cross earring lifted me up and the rest of staff too. After I got a call about my 10 year old son

Better drinks and service are in the early mornings. After that customer service is dry no pleasant greetings or pleasant goodbyes and it’s like you’re a bother .. It’s also a hit or miss with common sense things that needs napkins maybe they are afraid to give out napkins or there’s a shortage ?‍♀️. I’ve been to this Starbucks prob about 20 times before deciding to leave a review with the trends I’ve experienced. The afternoon/evening staff took away the 2 stars to make it a 5 star review .

The drinks at this Starbucks location are very inconsistent! Sometimes they’re okay and other times they’re terrible (very rarely do I get one there that I think is actually good). I just don’t understand why each employee isn’t taught to make the drink exactly the same way every single time. The person handing them out at the window should as well know what each drink should look like and catch it before they send it out. There are other Starbucks in the area that are much better.

I prefer this Starbucks in East Cobb because it's not crowded and tables are available, even though it's small. Parking is easy too.
