Personnel at this location are great. Coffee is great. Please don't make me ask for a cup sleeve, especially in the drive thru. This a painful recent process from Starbucks. Owner, you know the cups can be hot to touch, right?

Very disappointing experience.

My 12-year-old daughter was standing in line to order her drink while I waited in the car. Four other customers arrived after her and were served first simply because they were older. My daughter waited and never received her drink.

When I went inside to ask why her order was taking so long, the employee rolled her eye's and was dismissive instead of apologizing or explaining the situation. A child should not be ignored or treated unfairly, and customers should never be treated with disrespect.

This was not just slow service—it was poor customer service and lack of basic courtesy. I expected much better from Starbucks.

ABSOLUTELY LOVED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I have worked in the food industry for over 5 years, and I am so happy to see such hard working crew, as well as so friendly. Brought my daughter, and it was so sweet to see how kind everyone was in seeing my sweet baby girl. With the holiday season approaching I just wanted everyone to know that your hard work doesn't go unnoticed. Thank you Starbucks for being always being the best first sip of coffee.

I usually order on my mobile app. When I do, I ALWAYS say bagel WITH cream cheese. But when I receive my bagel, they NEVER put the cream cheese in the bag and I ALWAYS have to go ask for some. Very annoying considering I have places to be.

The drive-thru wouldn’t break a $50 bill. All that I had was cash. My total was $14.76. I had $50.76 in hand and the young guy at the window told me he couldn’t spare the change because he would need it for other customers. The change would be 1-$20, 1-$10, 1-$5, and 1-$1. I thought yall were “STARBUCKS” iconic coffee shop. Surely you had the change. We don’t live in a cashless society yet, please stop treating it like we do and get some change. I left.

My drink wasn’t that great – I had a cappuccino with oat milk, but it didn’t have much flavor and wasn’t rich either. However, the place itself is beautiful, spacious, and has a relaxing atmosphere.

I’ll just get this one con out of the way real quick: the cafe latte was definitely more latte than cafe. I don’t think I tasted any coffee. I need to learn how to order it lol.

Lots of pros! The staff is very friendly, and while I was working outside on the patio, you can hear the drive through speaker very clearly, and she was delightful! I saw an employee cleaning up trash in the parking lot, and the bathroom smelled clean. It’s nice they take cleanliness very seriously here.

Overall, it was a great experience and I will definitely come back!

We come to this Starbucks every morning and they treat us like family! They greet us by name and know our orders without us even having to recite them. Bea and her team do a great job and we’re lucky to have them so close!
