I've been a loyal patron of this Starbucks since it opened and always enjoyed the cozy atmosphere. However, the recent remodeling has turned it uninviting and purely drive-thru focused. It seems they've shifted their priority towards efficiency and profitability, rather than customer comfort. As someone who loved lingering over coffee, the change is disappointing. I hope they find a balance that brings back the inviting cafe experience we valued.

I used to love coming to this place for the past couple years, but recently it has gone downhill. Every time I order a bacon gouda and egg sandwich, it’s either burned or tastes like rubber. The staff is very nice but don’t always have it together. I end up waiting a long time to receive just one food item and one drink. The renovation is also not my favorite either as it’s very crowded in the inside.

The employees were overall friendly and the food & service was fine. I'm trying to understand how an employee (w/ a Texas plate) is allowed to park in the mobile pickup only parking spot which states a maximum of 5 minutes. I was there almost 45 minutes and seen the employee inside working and then get a Starbucks bag and sit in their car. This vehicle was there when I parked and also when I left. Just curious if long-term parking would be allowed for a customer without any consequences?

Have been coming here for years. Sometimes every dayI usually get a blonde roast. They are only serving this medium to dark roast coffee now called Green Apron instead of blonde. If you order blonde roast they serve you this!! No light roast coffee. TERRIBLE!!!!! . Only Starbucks around doing this. Worker said manager told them to use it up because they got so much of it.

I loved going to this location on my way to work but they lack consistency in their products. When the drink is good, it’s great. And then there are other times I swear they ignore the drink sticker. One time I waited 20 minutes past for my mobile order food. I was polite and patient the whole time but I wasn’t treated very kindly. They lost my food sticker and even though I was communicating what I needed I ended up still getting the wrong food. You just gotta cross your fingers and hope you get what you wanted.

ordered 2 hot pumpkin spice lattes this morning. 1 was so so and the other had a slight amount pumpkin spice. Both were Grandes that were missing 2 inches of drink from the top. For over $6.50 a drink, you need to do better!!!!
