The employees were overall friendly and the food & service was fine. I'm trying to understand how an employee (w/ a Texas plate) is allowed to park in the mobile pickup only parking spot which states a maximum of 5 minutes. I was there almost 45 minutes and seen the employee inside working and then get a Starbucks bag and sit in their car. This vehicle was there when I parked and also when I left. I loved going to this location on my way to work but they lack consistency in their products. When the drink is good, it’s great. And then there are other times I swear they ignore the drink sticker. One time I waited 20 minutes past for my mobile order food. I was polite and patient the whole time but I wasn’t treated very kindly. We’ve been coming to this Starbucks for a few months now because we like the friendly staff and efficiency of service.HOWEVER, when we went today we were very surprised by our coffee orders. We went in and placed our order. When we received our grande PSLs we noticed that the cup felt light. Turns out they didn’t fill it to the top. Very disappointed to see that given how much money we spend here.
