I normally don’t like leaving review but I have to leave this one. I stoped today at Starbucks to get my mom a latte, but I got a video from her showing there was a bug inside her coffee. I was really glad I was giving her something she would of have loved but now she would not like anything from there anymore. The people working there are great but it’s just not ok to have a coffee with a big inside

Look, I wasn’t going to make a review here based off one wrong drink- that’s silly, everyone has an off day. I used to be a barista, I get it. On the third drink (out of five), I’m starting to wonder if a bitter diabetic with a passive-aggressive vendetta works here. Three out of five drinks have been made without sugar (like, completely). Two were matcha frappes (yes, I like grass milkshakes), one was a brûlée latte. So weird and I can’t waste the money on wrong orders anymore. Adios Sandy Plains-92 SB, I hardly knew ye.

I order here almost every day. I usually order when leaving my house but this time closer. Took 20 minutes from order to delivery to make one Americano with no extras. There were very few customers and plenty of staff. Just zero intentionality.
