Came to my favorite Starbucks location with the best coffee and staff . We came for coffee and a quick breakfast. We ordered drinks, pastries, even coffee beans, maybe buy a coffee mug, actually, spending money.
Meanwhile, every table was occupied by people who bought one tall coffee and turned the café into their personal office. Laptops open, chargers out, like they’re paying rent with WiFi.
Last time, not a single seat left. Honestly, Starbucks should start charging co-working fees, at least, then the rest of us could find a table

The location of this Starbucks store is ideal, right of Holcomb Bridge and Alpharetta highway. I pass by the Holcomb Bridge Rd almost everyday but didn’t notice it. I have to go to google to be able to find it. The location has a lot of space and a lot of parking space which is unusual in a such busy area. I have to be honest this is my first visit, but amazed by the young staff and the friendly and quick service, it took me two minutes to get what I needed which was regular coffee with sugar and creamer to go. I told them that’s my first visit to this store and they serve me with respect and kindness.

This Starbucks also has tons of tables and outlets at most of them. Best location I’ve ever been to.

I feel great every time I visit this place. The staff is incredibly friendly like Stephany! Always in a good mood. They provide excellent customer service and notice when a customer walks in (unlike other locations I've been to). You will definitely feel special here! Good job!

Usually when I come here it's for school work and I end up spending a good couple hours here. The last time I went, one of the baristas knew I was going to be there a while and would check in on me at the counter if I needed any water. I'm also a very anti social person, so I would place orders on the app and she would know they were mine and just set them by me on the counter. I wish I would have gotten her name, but she was great.

I have always had a good experience at this Starbucks, staff has always been kind and helpful. Today, in the drive-through, they even gave me my order for free as the car in front had needed a long time to adjust their order. Even when dealing with this more difficult customer, I could hear the staff taking the order staying calm, cheerful, and friendly throughout the exchange.

The employees and atmosphere was great, until the manager came out the back and lectured the hard working employees about using a $0.10 bottle of cleaner vs a $10 bottle. Didn’t see her help them at all when they were busy, but had time to tell them to use cheaper cleaner. Very degrading, spoke down to them. Showed them the two bottles, while all of them were hard at work. Said it loud enough customers could hear and see the display of disrespect. That could have waited for a meeting or on the side. Treat your people better.

To the ladies working, y’all were awesome. Kind and helpful.
