Everytime I visit this Starbucks the experience is bad they have a problem with giving customers napkins and I had one of their cashiers to tell me to take it up with corporate today how rude is that. I’m never going back to this location the service is awful. All over a napkin don’t yall think we need something to wipe our mouths with? Never again

Management should pay more attention to how the personnel trained especially on taking the orders. That girl said she is taking the orders than without hearing my order started overtaking with someone. It's extremely rude and disrespectful. Not sure I will come back to this place. Totally understand that people are working with different backgrounds but this is the premium brand, and management should take it into consideration.

Our visits to this Starbucks location have consistently disappointed us. Despite the uncommonly quick service at the drive-thru, the quality of the drinks remains consistently subpar. The beverages often lack the rich espresso flavor one expects, appearing more like milk than a properly crafted coffee. Even when the drink achieves the regular espresso color, it carries a burnt taste that is unpalatable. Unfortunately, this recurring issue with drink quality overshadows any convenience provided by the speedy service. Regrettably, we cannot recommend this location due to its inability to consistently deliver on beverage quality.

GABRIELA , who is a team lead states the reason why she is mean because that is how her face is. She states she gets this alot with customers.Last time I checked customers are important. 1st time I went there in a long time and ordered a caramel Frappuccino. This time I ordered from my phone as usual. When I picked it up it looked a little out of the ordinary. After driving away from the store and taking a sit I realized all it had was really just caramel, milk and ice. Not what I was expecting.

I frequent a few different stores in the Alpharetta/ Roswell area and this store is absolutely horrible in terms of customer service and quality of product. I have asked them to remake my drink on several occasions (which is quite embarrassing) and I am typically met with attitude- disdain and contempt to be accurate. This morning I asked for extra base in my refresher and the drink was literally being handed out the window to me as I was driving up to the window which leads me to believe that the mixture was pre made? The drink was weak, very weak with minimal base. I got halfway to work and then decided to turn around and ask them to remake my drink the correct way- after all, it is a nearly $6 drink. When I walked inside, the young lady at the counter nonchalantly said "something wrong?" I stated that there was almost no base in the drink and that I'd asked for extra base. She held up a small cup and said "would you like me to give you some extra base to add to your drink?" I then replied that I'd like her to remake my drink in which see appeared incredulous at the request. She then remade my drink and handed it to me asking me to taste it before I left to ensure it was correct. The mixture was satisfactory but now the drink had almost zero ice. Disgusted, I left. I normally have better things to do than to leave reviews about my drink experience but I am considering not frequenting Starbucks anymore due to the high cost and lackluster consistency in their product. Wake up guys, we're in a borderline recession. Gourmet drinks are a luxury, not a necessity.

I love the staff at this location. Super friendly even when they have a long busy line in the mornings. However.... I have a one to pick w you guys. If I order a venti I expect the liquid within in to be reflective of that size. I don't want to have about an inch or my drink missing when I'm paying almost $8 for a drink and not get all that I paid for.
