Don’t open on time
There is apparently either a severe language barrier or a severe lack of employees caring. They have the meats area blocked off at this location so when you finally see your sandwich and tell them they made the wrong thing, they get aggressive. I had to tell the employee at this location more than three times that roast beef and ham are two different meats. Additionally, when asking for meat heated separately (because one of our party doesn't like their bread toasted) the other employee said she was wrong and that wasn't what she asked, even though she stopped him 3 times while he was trying to toast the whole sandwich.
There are plenty of other locations in this area. Just go to one of the other ones.

I ordered a Philly steak and cheese. They didn’t have all the ingredients for it and didn’t tell me because I would have ordered something else. My sandwich was not even warmed up enough, the cheese wasn’t even melted. Your adds look so appealing, but your sandwiches never look like them. Also the coke didn’t taste like coke, I’m not sure what it. Sorry but I will never step in a SUBWAY again!!!

I placed my order for pickup, when I get to the restaurant it was cancelled, no one told me anything until I got there and they said the refund will come back in two days.

I supported Subway through all the COVID crazy. Then they've made all this noise about hearing the price gouging concerns and promised $5.99 foot long ... but they charged me $9.99. I didn't notice until after I left. I'm guessing it's another "at participating stores" scam, a new trust on corporate bait and switch. It will be a long time before I try again - Jimmy John's here I come, let's see if you can respect your customers, clearly Subway cannot.

Serious issues with customer service, communication and quality. We were told that their toaster is broken but at the end they use toaster for another order. Did not follow the instructions while they were making sandwiches. I would avoid going again.

When u asking for extra turkey meet there's always a problem and ure subs look nothing it does on the commercials on ? either u needs make them what is ure bill boards or go out of business this is why I go to ? house at least there subs r plentiful and look like there advertisement says u should take notes from that !!!!
