One employee was working today and I went on my lunch break to try to get a sandwich real quick. The guy behind me said that he was just looking to buy chips, so I let him go in front of me, and the employee still tried to give him a sandwich anyway and when he said yes... I was sitting there like what the heck is going on? I promptly left the establishment. What kind of customer service is this and why was this employee by herself?

one sandwich is soggy and dripping in sauce, the other has almost no sauce at all. and double meat where??? NEITHER had double meat when we paid $3 extra on each sandwich for it. is the double meat invisible??? and what kind of meatball sub is that??? where's the cheese???? where's the sauce?!?!!!!!??? then my boyfriend bit into a lettuce butt. y'all suck. i'm getting a refund.

This Subway was clean and tasty. Brandon was professional and friendly and even came out from behind the counter to open the door for a family with strollers.

Had a coupon for two footlongs for 12.99. Only certain subs were excluded. The woman here said the coupon is only good for deli classics at this location and got an atittude when we attempted to explain. My wife cant have deli classics as she is pregnant, so well take our business up the road to any of the better sub spots like Jersey Mikes, Jimmy Johns, or Publix. Theres a reason Subway isnt doing the business it was years ago.

Understaffed, stressed, and didn't even get any lunch.

I feel bad for them, but I just walked in and found a crowd of people who were waiting on orders to start to be made for 35+ minutes. The lady at the front counter was not helpful, and was on her airpods, talking on the phone. She was not actively making any orders right now, just had a stack of tickets, unhappy customers in the lobby, and she told me she would be with me in a little while. If you are short staffed I understand, but only 1 person during peak lunch hours (1:45 pm) is unfair to both customers and employees.
The crowd of customers was helpful at least, by advising every person that walked in to move on and not waste their time. That was nice of them, I suppose. I even spoke to one customer who claimed her online order was supposed to be ready over 30 minutes earlier, and was told she could not get a refund, nor cancel the order. That's appalling, to be honest.
I'm not sure who to blame here, but this was definitely a bad experience, and I won't be coming back.

I went back today after some time. I decided to give it one more try. The pictures will say for themselves. The first picture is the half tuna sandwich they offer on the website, and the second picture is what I got. It is disgusting to look at. I feel like they are mixing water in the tuna. Disgusting.

This older lady that work there short and she a Indian lady I believe did not catch her name but she was so rude and she made my sub so messy and added things I did not ask for subway needs to do better by hiring ppl that has good customer Service because her service was awful

The cashier didn’t allow me to use $6.99 Footlong coupon while my friends right before me used theirs without any issues with a different cashier. The lady just said they are not participating to protect a franchisee’s profit margin.
