This a Roswell gem! We throughly enjoyed our meal - a few rolls and chicken fried rice for us today, but there’s so much on the menu (even some Korean dishes!) that I’ll definitely be back to try. The chefs even came out to check on us - you can tell they put a lot of care into everything they prepare and want you to enjoy your meal. Prices are also very reasonable. A few comments mention the funny location (it’s by a Chevron) but don’t let that deter you! It is cozy, clean, and comfortable inside. I recommend everyone support this wonderful local business ❤️

If you want a spicy tuna roll that is actually spicy, then you need to come here! I’ve gotten their sushi a few times now and there isn’t a bad roll! From the Kiss of Fire Roll, Lion King Roll to just a simply spicy tuna - this place knows what it’s doing! 🍣🍱

We didn't know this place was in a gas station strip mall beforehand, but we were really happy with the whole experience.
Friendly, fast, and absolutely fresh and delicious. I had the salmon fresh roll, added cream cheese. My husband had the Aria roll and a spicy tuna house roll. We each had a drink and a salad. Had leftovers for tomorrow!

I can’t say enough good things about Sushi Hut! I stopped by to pick up my order just 10 minutes before closing, and the entire staff was still so sweet, welcoming, and friendly. You’d never know they were about to wrap up for the night because they treated me with the same kindness and care as if it were the middle of the day. The food itself was just as amazing as the service. The fish is incredibly fresh, the portions are generous, and the rice-to-fish ratio is absolutely perfect, something that can be hard to find at other sushi spots. Every bite felt balanced, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. Between the freshness of the ingredients, the generous portions, and the genuinely kind staff, Sushi Hut has easily become one of my new favorite places. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-quality sushi and great service!

First time ordering and I am impressed. The presentation was beautiful (I ordered through Door Dash so I can only imagine how much better it looks in the restaurant) and it was super fresh. Absolutely delicious.
