They were out of some key ingredients like birthday cake ice cream, strawberries, and whipped cream. The bathroom was also unusable. I will not be in a hurry to return.

First time being here and the service sucked. The place is dead and it’s almost 80 degrees outside!!!!! The lady never greeted us, never smiled, she just pointed at the place for me to pay. Most of the options were unavailable. This place won’t last too much longer. Unfortunately this is our first and last time visiting. Needs new management.

My kids loved the icecream but the service was horrible. She was rude never smiled once. Made the experience suck. We will never be back because of that. Will gladly find a place that makes their customers feel wanted. BAD FOR BUSINESS. My kids were so excited we drove 45 minutes to come here. Shameful.

The ice cream was ok but the store itself is horrible. The bathroom was disgusting. There was no toilet seat, well there was, but it was broken off and beside the toilet. There was no toilet paper. A paper towel holder with no paper towels but a roll set to the side swarming with yellow jackets. Yellow jackets were also alive and dead in the light. Dead ones were smashed into the floor for days. The floor was disgusting, black, sticky and dirty. The table was sticky. We were extremely disappointed.

I ordered a So Cal on a donut. The donut essentially a glorified hotdog bun, not glazed at all and completely rock hard. It must’ve been sitting out for a while before being microwaved. I couldn’t attempt to eat it. I wish I could post the video of me trying to break through the brick of a bun.
