Floor was very dirty and looked like it wasn't mopped in days. In the bathroom, the toilet seat was broken and on the floor. Yellow jackets are living in the bathroom light fixture.

Sweet Charlie's at Roswell, GA location is a must-visit! The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is inviting. Watching the rolled ice cream being made is a treat, and the variety of flavors and toppings is fantastic. I loved the Nutella and banana combo—so delicious and fresh! The presentation is beautiful, and the ice cream is rich and creamy. Highly recommend for a sweet treat!

There was a nice and calm atmosphere leading to fast service. All said I will be coming again.

Wheelchair accessibility: A ramp at the front of the store makes it easily accessible for wheelchairs.
