Called ahead for the Baja Blast Pie, they said they had it. Went there to buy it immediately after the phone call. They said they don’t have it. Ordered dine-in, me and my two friends were the only ones in the entire restaurant, took them longer than 15 minutes to make the order. Isn’t this a fast food restaurant? Typically crappy Taco Bell with bad service.

What once was good staff & team effort and good Environment as well with good service, Has now Flip the script and total disrespect. As Once a vailable customer, the few Bad seeds in the group, Not all personnel participated Leaving me with a bad taste in my Entire Experience,They wouldn't correct their mistakes and order me to leave the the property with me not being hostile, but trying to be correct the mistake. And extend my arm to figure this situation out. They left me empty handed, piss poor customer service, Is shame on you people!!!

Out of this. Out of that. At least 7/10 things you ask for they’ll be out. Instead of a soft potato taco they gave me a stale hard shell, with the oldest potatoes they could find. Cheese in the dilla wasn’t melted. Worst tbell I’ve been to in or out of the country. Makes sense why the parking lot was empty lol

Absolute zero stars in all aspects of what a restaurant is. I cannot even put into words how disgusting and horrible this experience was. First I was rudely told to use the kiosk with an eye roll from some I guess was the manager. Got 2 quesadillas that were ice cold. Cheese wasn't even beginning to melt. They stopped what looked like a cup of sour cream when I asked for it on the side. Another cup of cheese sauce as well which I also asked to be on the side. This experience literally made me sick to my stomach and I Will never eat taco bell again. Ever. What an absolute disgrace

Everytime we come here they get our order wrong… they give us something completely different then what we ordered lol.
This place never has your order 100% right. Ever. Just paid $13 for a burrito, a cheese roll up, and a medium Baja blast. In what word is that $13 worth of Taco Bell? And the drink isn’t even carbonated. Avoid this Taco Bell and honestly avoid Taco Bell in general if they’re going to keep tripling prices and provide garbage food and service.
